This place is as great as we got there before the crowd so it was nice to be able to hear the conversation and the food and service were excellent. The desserts are worth getting. Great taste and unbelievable value.

The service was incredible at this location. Led by John Jacob, the service team took care of everything including dessert at the end of the night. John Jacob was personable, entertaining, and steered us in all the right directions. He made this experience for us.The steaks were high quality, cooked perfectly, and seasoned liberally. The cocktails were also really good. I highly recommend the maple bourbon sour. The two misses were on side dishes -- the pasta and creamed spinach -- so not a big deal for us.The inside, which is where we sat, is high-end steak house but with a comfortable vibe. If you want to get more casual, you can also eat outside in the Forum Shops. Cool experience either way.I recommend visiting if you're in Las Vegas. Ask to be seated with John Jacob and you're guaranteed a memorable dining experience.

Very attentive and friendly staff. You don't get bugged but plates cleared away, drinks refilled and asked if need anything very timely. You get what you pay for and we had top notch steaks. Cooked perfect and choice prime cuts. The Mac n cheese and asparagus were also excellent. Craft cocktails, large wine list and prime liquor selections. Would eat here again for sure. Looking for a fine dinner out stop here.

A gem in Las Vegas. Amazing service, food was brought out very quickly. In retrospect I wish I had done the power lunch and tried the lobster bisque and catch of the day, as the chicken milanese was a bit dry. But still 5 stars for the quality and atmosphere.

Service was good. Drinks were excellent. Ordered the blood orange margarita. Food was average. Ordered the bone in ribeye Oscar style..medium rare. The crab meat was just a few bits for the Oscar style. Steak was under cooked...pretty much blue. Near the bone was pretty much raw. I couldn't finish it and usually I finish all my steaks. I never return food because it should have been done right the first time. Waguy pasta was pretty much average spaghetti. Nothing special at all. I can make better spaghetti at home. I can understand refined seasoning / dishes but there was nothing special about the food for the price point. Mac and cheese was good but dry. Not much creamy texture but a good smoked taste. I would not recommend for the price point

If you want to escape the hype and have a wonderful dinner in an elegant atmosphere with good food and service, this is the place for you. Excellent menu choices along with wine list.

Not the Palm we know. The Houston Palm is awesome. This one feels like it's in a mall. Because it's in a mall. Don't waste your money on the Wagyu. Worst. Steak. Ever. And I'm a huge Wagyu fan. The apps and the salads and the sides are to die for. Should have stopped there.

Asked about an item on the prime time or happy hour menu and was told they don't offer it. The filet and side of au gratin potatoes were good at the time, however about an hour or so after dinner I was sick.

We had an impromptu dinner with a business partner. He was impressed with the service and the meal. Our waiter was outstanding, and he made our guest, who was from Chile feel very welcome. The experience was everything I would expect when dining at any of the locations of The Palm.

We have dined here many times but this trip was terrible. The sea bass was very fishy tasting & unseasoned, the lobster was super tough & unflavored as well! Our meatball appetizer & asparagus saved the day!!! Hopefully this isn't a recurring experience as I wouldn't be able to recommend if it is. The service as per usual was TOP NOTCH!!

The food was over priced and had to wait over an hour to get our food. We asked if they have any vegan options and they only bought out mushrooms and asparagus that ended up costing $48.00. The ravioli was tasteless and it didn't meet our expectation or worth we paid for. The lamb chops were good but salty. We were very disappointed

We usually start with happy hour cocktails and appetizers (calamari) in the bar which is always fun and delicious. Our server in the restaurant, Manolo remembered us from a previous visit so that was fun. His service was terrific. The manager, Michael, stopped by and when he found out we usually visit Vegas in May for our anniversary and dine at the Palm, he offered us an early anniversary complimentary dessert. That was great as my husband's birthday is in a few weeks. As always; the food, service and ambiance is terrific and why we return a few times every time we are in Vegas.
