I went to this restaurant yesterday April 2nd 2024 and I've been coming to Las Vegas since 2005 and recently moved here over a year ago and out of every restaurant I've ever tried this is the worst restaurant in the history of Las Vegas not one of the worst it's the worst. Let's start with the red flags upon walking in, and don't be fooled by the ambiance because everything else is garbage. First no one to greet you at the door, red flag number 2 empty restaurant. Then to hear conversation amongst employees talking about how dead it is everyday just tells you how the establishment is running. Another red flag was price transparency. All the menus had different pricing on it false advertising and the specials on the menu the manager said they no longer do them so why do you have the specials on the menu in the first place?! This place is definitely price gouging on terrible disgusting food. We ordered a eight piece of chili chicken wings, the nachos and the fried chicken wrap with onion rings. The price on the chicken wrap was $14 on one menu $16 on another then when we got the bill we was charged $17 that's where the price gouging comes in and the false advertisement on pricing. As far as the food quality on the chicken wrap, it was terrible. It wasn't even wrapped properly it was open and falling out on a stale tortilla wrap and Bland frozen chicken. The onion rings were undercooked and you can still taste the flour and the batter most likely was frozen. The nachos were the worst nachos in history of nachos. They put all this nachos on a ginormous plate for when your added terrible ingredients. The avocado crema wasn't avocado crema, it was just the pulp of the avocado with nothing added to it which created a bitter taste as if the product they used didn't have the ingredients added to it to create a real avocado crema. The cheese sauce you could tell was from a can of a poor brand that started to harden very quickly. The jalapenos was from a can not fresh there was no salsa on nothing else really on the chips to create a good consistency I just felt like I was eating chips with hard cheese and bitter green stuff on it. For the price it was is ridiculous. Lastly the chicken wings were inconsistent you can tell that they pre-cooked wings earlier in the day so there was new chicken wings on the bottom and old ones on the top. Some were hot some were cold. Most likely since they have a 77 cents special from 12:00 to 2:00 they probably precooked the wings so you're most likely getting wings that's been previously cooked. Then when it was time to get the check we was sitting waiting forever when you have nobody else to tend to it makes no sense then you see the cooks from the back appearing in the front walking around it looks like the cooks just don't care that's maybe why the food comes out terrible because you're lacking staff with talent. Any of the reviews on this restaurant saying how good the food was is a lie and these people don't know nothing about food or taste. I recommend those of you who read these reviews, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! They was wondering why our plates was full of food after we left,it was disgusting!!

Laura doubles up as a hist and waitress! It's a quiet night I think the last two Cafés here were better in terms of food quality, prize, and choice for breakfast, but hey, do what you gotta do for your property. The music here is usually 80s or 90s throwback jams. For like the last 10 years. I jam out, but the ambiance has changed a few times. It does seem modern, like when the line and all the other cenues nearby revamped, it looks like a 2024 apartment. I had everything on the menu at the last 2 restaurants here at this location. It was a 3.¹ each time Now. It's a but better in terms of quality since the pricing seems much higher for a breakfast til noon menu. I have eaten here at "City Café" about 21 times after cashing a check and gambling a few hundred. They need to do a special for industry or nightlife guys, otherwize all you get here are older couples that are super quiet. If you like a quiet morning breakfast with your lover and you're a senior, this place is amazing. You are a tourist with older music with older servers with a quick no BS kinda service. I myself am in my early 30s and want party vibes and upbeat nature. This is a 5-star for older couples from the Midwest or the South. For a Vegas native that gambles, drinks, tavles, slots, and DJs, works 50-80 hrs, eats a lot, and likes talking to folks, listening to great music, this epot could do better. The menu is available on photos, but it is pricey as hell. Have breakfast instead at Ellis Island's Village Pub Café, South Point's Coronado Café, Steiner's, Distill, Lodge instead.

Came here to stay and everyone here is rude and don't care about customer service. Sports book was supposes to be open at 8 and 10 am and still not here. Cashier won't cash bets from last night. I asked where can I get some water and gave them my room number and they said idk go across the street. I would not recommend this place to nobody.

Open late with a limited menu. Food was decent for such a late hour, but service fee is added so a $7 meal is actually $10.

The service is impeccable. Atmosphere has nice comfy booths and tables. Never super busy after visiting twice for breakfast ?. Yet the food could use a little upgrade. The quality for price is not better than options across the street.

I discovered this nice little place on a casual stroll in the Silver Seven casino. Surprisingly the front desk of Silver Seven were not aware of this cafe and instead asked me to cross the street since their only little mart shop was closed earlier than expected. The service at City Cafe was superb and the seating was comfortable. The ambiance was OK, and the front desk was super helpful. ♿The cafe was wheelchair accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: The cafe was wheelchair accessible in elevator, escalator and at the main entrance.

this was by far the worst experience I've ever had not only did the service suck. They kept trying to give me a well-done piece of prime rib, when i ordered it rare! and then they continue to lie to me and tell me it was rare. It was so bad that they had to tell me to come back tomorrow for a free plate. They were rude and the waitress sat there and argued with me while I wasted 45 minutes sitting in there and I didn't even get to eat. The waitress said she didn't even eat meat so she had no idea what well done! I had to ask her do I need to order my steak blue just to get a rare Steak. and she was completely rude. So now I can come back tomorrow for an over cooked piece of meat for free after I had the worst service of my life at a hotel that over charge me $869 just because thinking that I wouldn't notice and then they tried to pass it off that Expedia was to blame when it was certainly the woman at the front desk. I'm still waiting for my $869.

Service is a little slow....BUT, WORTH THE WAIT. Best biscuits & gravy in Vegas. Food explodes with flavor, huge portions, and good prices.

At first glance you’d think that the re-designed and open air dining area would be the precursor for a great meal. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The wings were ordered cooked light but came out over cooked, crunchy and extremely dry.The taco shells were very flimsy and broke apart when you picked them up making them difficult to eat. They also lacked a tremendous amount of flavor and seasoning. The only thing on the plate that tasted ok and was cooked well were the fries. This was definitely my first and last time at this cafe.
