My sister and I stopped by today for drinks. Fantastic tea, great service, quiet atmosphere. Really enjoyed the jelly. Pleasantly surprised by claw machines with adorable prizes. We spent 20$ on the claw machines and won six very cute and well made plushies.

They close at 9pm, I tried to go in to make an order at 8:05pm and they would not take my order, not acceptable.

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon with my family of 6. There was only 1 guy working (young Asian guy, long hair and glasses), but store was not busy. Since had planned to order drinks for each of us and play the claw games, we didn’t mind waiting for him to make the drinks. However we never got that far, we tried to use the kiosk but it wasn’t working right. So we tried to order with him, but he did not want to be bothered. Every answer was no. Awful customer service. We left and went elsewhere for our boba drinks.

There was a promotion that was offered today by the Tiger Sugar company for a jumbo boba topping. I stopped by this location as it was the closest and known to be open and quiet. We were not serviced or welcomed as there were no employees present which could be said as typical since there is a kiosk at the ordering counter. When attempting to order the new topping on the kiosk it wasn't found and so we were depending on an employee to assist with any clarification on how to order the topping or if it were even available at that location which was stated on the original flyer as restricted to certain locations. After waiting around 10 minutes, an employee had stepped out and asked if we had a pickup order, and we informed him that we weren't and just asked about the topping. At this point the employee walked to the ordering counter and said, "If it's not on the kiosk then we don't have it", and before we could thank him for at least answering our question, he was already walking away to the back of the store. It was not a gravely unpleasant experience, however we took a trip to the Spring Mountain location and was made aware by the employees there that the topping had to be ordered manually through an employee and that it was only available for two of their drinks. There was no way to order the topping at the kiosk. Seeing that the employees at Spring Mountain were aware of the promotion and also how it was meant to be ordered, it furthered the disappointment of the service received by the Eastern location. With that, I just wanted to speak on an experience that I had. I may still return but only by convenience if anything.

The cashier only can say No. No. And No, for anything we asked. So we left and won’t ever return no business for you.

Drink was ok. Service was kinda cold, didn't have basic greeting. The person working there was likely some form of artificial intelligence.

Place is delicious but can be pricey. I went during the hello kitty collaboration was over a 2hr wait but it was worth it. I'm obsessed with hello kitty but they should've have more people working since they only have 3 on the floor during this collaboration.

Worst service possible. I ordered a number 6, and then I asked for a black iced tea, and the cashier rudely said, "NO!" I looked at him (18-20 skinny, short asian male with long hair and glasses) and asked, "What do you mean no?" He replied, "We dont have black iced tea here." I was confused because I ordered black iced tea before many times with the Spring Mountain location. Without any recommendation or suggestion, the cashier just looked at me as if I'm crazy for ordering tea at a tea shop. I paused and looked at the menu, and it was number 12, which was a " Black Surgar Black Tea. " So I ordered a number 12 and asked if I can add cheese foam to the tea, and agian rudely he said NO! Which baffled me because I have ordered that before. I asked why not, he said, "We don't do that here!" So I just ordered a number 4. I then asked for his name. He said no, and he asked why? I told him that I would issue a complaint about him, and he voided my transaction. Im not sure what's going at his location, but they need to train their employees better. Brew Tea, a couple doors down, has much better customer service. If you dont know the menu well, the staff there helps you out and actually makes recommendations to you. Maybe Tiger's management needs to learn from Brew Tea and train their staff accordingly.

My visit to Tiger Sugar was marked by disappointment, particularly with their matcha slush, which was, frankly, trash. It lacked the rich and distinctive flavor one expects from matcha, tasting watered down and unbalanced. The boba pearls were inconsistent, some too soft and others hard, and the brown sugar flavor was overly sweet and artificial. Even the presentation of the drinks seemed hurried and careless. Considering the above-average prices, including the notably poor matcha slush, the overall experience at Tiger Sugar was underwhelming. It failed to live up to its reputation, leaving me with no desire to return and leading me to suggest that boba enthusiasts look elsewhere for a satisfying experience.

I love Tiger Sugar but this location is super slow for whatever reason. There was one guy working and at least 10 customers in the store. The one guy had no intention of getting speeding things up or getting to the customers in line. I know they have ordering stations but I wanted to ask about certain drinks.

Wow. Complete shock and disappointment here. Lack of professionalism and anything a business should have. What’s the environment of the place? Two white tables and a non matching bright orange table right in the middle of the lobby?Your employees didn’t notify they were out of EVERY drink option until we reached checkout after 45 minutes.Employees look mad the entire time which is super unwelcoming; they also kept air pods in the whole time.I can’t believe this place is even allowed to stay open, what are you guys doing here?
