I had the chicken sandwich and my boyfriend had the fried fish. The chicken sandwich was good. Fresh toasted bread, juicy flavorful chicken (not spicy though, little kick). The fried fish could use a dash of Berbera or another spiced seasoning. Clean bathroom. Quick service. Plenty of parking. Outdoor seating. Nice atmosphere. I was in Vegas for the weekend and was craving injera. Tigray restaurant turned up as the closest option to my hotel. We ordered a bunch of things, everything was fresh and authentic. The derek tibsi (beef) and shiro (vegan chickpea stew) were perfect together. The siga fitfit (beef) was so flavorful. The service was great, I'll definitely be back.
