this is the worst place i’ve been to in my entire life. the lady just stood there and didn’t take our order when we stood there for twenty minutes. they didn’t even take our cute coupon book when we paid 25 dollars for it. 0/10 would not

This location is very convenient and easy to get to from where I live. Honestly am here all the time. Sometimes they're a little slow, but I notice it's usually only 1 lady working who is very nice. She is always cheerful and sweet. I don't really have any complaints usually, but I'm just a little confused. I went to pull my chips out of my bag and the chip bag was cut at the bottom and all the chips fell out. Not sure how that even happened... but overall location is nice.

I tried to get ubereats to deliver and driver msg that they were out of flat bread (most of their sandwiches are on flat bread). Told me to cancel and reorder. Tried that, was still charged for the food I never got. The restaurant got my money for something they were out of. Ubereats was useless and would not let me leave a rating on their site, so here it is.

Drive-thru only apparently ? door is locked.EDIT FOR YOUR RESPONSE: that is the same response you put on every bad review. It’s just copied and pasted. You don’t actually give a damn about how this business is ran and it shows. Carry on.

The service is terrible. Came here and there was no one in line. Expect to wait 15 min in the drive through. Doesn't matter what time of day you go. Never coming back.

I usually go this place to get magic smoothie but the staffs are not friendly & happy for what they are doing,even it’s 24hrs open but sometimes they say we are closed ,today I went there & I see the open sign no one take order instead they are hiding & talking around the corner
This place and it's employees just don't give a damn! Just tasted one of the the worst smoothies I've ever had. No exaggeration don't come here.

The guy working the window on 7/27 night shift has terrible mannerisms. Food took too long and legit every single item we ordered was made incorrectly. Not to mention they didn’t fully close our corn and it spilled all over the bag. What a disappointment of service. It would only be understandable if they were swarmed with customers but we were the only ones there. Please train your staff throughly or hire more competent individuals!

Don't come here unless you want to sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes every single time you come to this location. The lobby is always empty. They always have 3 employees. Yet can't seem to ever get an order out in under 10-20 minutes per car. The employees are rude af. They mess with your food all the time. The larger older white woman has chased customers out of the drive thru throwing her fist in the air. Management seriously needs a rebrand

Worst tropical smoothie place ever..... ALWAYS CLOSE even if it clearly states on the sign and website that it's open 24hours. Employees are always inside just sitting or yelling at the door that we are closed.
