My friend and I went for dinner and just had the salad bar. One side was actual salad items while the other side had a few additional items like marinated mushrooms, a lettuce cup with seafood, bruschetta, a whole plate of gherkins (really), hearths of palm (should be a salad item) carpaccio, tomatoes and balls of mozzarella, and some sort eggplant. There were a few hot dishes but none of them were that interesting. While service was attentive it is not a trip I would repeat.

Food and drinks were all delicious! We ate at the bar off the Happy Hour menu. The staff were very pleasant and attentive.

We enjoyed the large salad bar. The meats were good, not spectacular and the meal was overpriced for the quality. The service was attentive but the actual delivery of the meats and sides was very slow and we had to constantly remind our attentive waiter that we were waiting on food. The biggest positive surprise was the salmon entry- it was great.

First time at via Brazilian steakhouse and had A fairly decent experience. The female hostess wasn't as forthcoming & informative as she should have been when catering to my party. Other than that everything was pleasant. The waiters & meat servers were all nice/professional. We ordered the all you can eat meats for $55.00 per person. Which comes with full access to the salad bar. The salad bar is fully stocked with a variety of salads. Lots of dishes, toppings, condiments, fruits, several other meats & soups. The all you can eat meats consist of about 20 different meats. Like salmon, turkey wrapped bacon, Brazilian sausage, Brazilian pork, Grilled shrimp, chicken breast etc.,etc. Far too many to list. Just refer to photos in this review. They start the meal off by giving you a red card & a green card. You sit the green card at the end of your table & the meat servers that are walking around will serve your table one selection of meat at a time. If you put the red card at the end of your table the servers will bypass your table. The meat servers continuously take laps around the dining area throughout the entire duration of your dining experience. We filled up rather quickly. So next time if I decide to make dinner plans at Via Brazilian Steakhouse. I might just skip lunch.

We ordered take out today and let me tell you.... the portions are so disappointing for the price you pay. An order of asparagus for $5 gives you 7 small pieces in the order. An order of Brazilian breads for $5 gives you 4 small bread. An order of lamb chops for $25 gives you 3 small little lollipops. It was very disappointing for the price you pay and the portions you get. The taste was mediocre, not as moist and flavorful as I would have expected. The fried bananas were nothing more than that, fried and greasy. No sauce for the banana, lack flavor. You're better off ordering takeout from Texas de Brazil b/c they are very generous in their portions and more flavorful. Same pricing but way better quality and portions. This will be the last and only time we will eat from Via Brasil. Not worth it for the price.

The food is horrible and not really Brazilian. Nothing is cooked correctly, the meat was tough, sides inedible, and the dessert was watery. It's trying to be a churrascaria, but the quality is poor and most of the dishes are American. Go to any other Brazilian restaurant, don't waste your money here.

A gulty pleasure. At nearly $70 per person with tax, this place is a bit pricey but what a treat. The food is amazing and the way it's served is unique to Brazilian steak houses. Here they bring it up a notch with outstanding service. The servers genuinely want you to be happy with your order and will make however many trips to the kitchen as necessary to deliver a perfect meal. I believe there are 19 different types and styles of meat. My favorite was the prime rib of which I had a couple of servings, with smaller pieces of garlic sirloin, pork, tri-tip and a BBQ rib. I'll be back to try their weekend brunch. It's $28 and has lots of breakfast & brunch items like made to order crepes and omelets, in addition to a wide selection of meats. A genuine dining treat. Come hungry.

Great food with a salad bar that's the best in the city. I go there for the black beans and rice and the meatballs. Naturally, since it's A Brazilian steakhouse it has scrumptious meats but you have to try the garlic tri-tip. Also, you have to try the filet mignon wrapped in bacon. One of their specialties is the fried cheese as well. Lastly, they have cheese bread But you gotta try

Definitely 5 stars! The service was great, they have these cards you flip when you want more meat or not and even when our cards were flipped down declining meat at the moment, our cups were kept full and we were still offered appetizers. For sides (besides what we got at the salad bar) we got Yuca Fries, Mash Potatoes, and stuffed Jalapeños which were spicy but delicious! I definitely will be going back to this place! Had a great date with my husband, also appreciate that the place isn't so loud and tables aren't too close to each other. Ohh I really don't like Flan but it was a perfect dessert! Delicious!

A+ service and food. We arrived a bit early for a 5pm reservation and the hostess told us that we could wait at the bar until they started seating people. We had prompt bar service and were able to play some blackjack (no comps at that time and the bartender was polite when telling us this). Right around 5pm, the manager seated us at our table. The salad/appetizer bar was very organized and throughout the dinner, a staff member wiped down the counter and organized the items. The actual meat was delicious. I've been to a lot of Brazilian steakhouses and this one has the biggest variety: beef, chicken, sausage, shrimp, lamb, etc.... The only thing I didn't get that is always my favorite is the pineapple. I think they mentioned you could special order it. The pricing is fair for Brazilian (all you can eat) steakhouses at $54.99. Two staff members did mention a weekend brunch with less meat options but less expensive. I'm not a huge stuff my stomach to capacity eater so the $54.99 really isn't worth it to me on quantity but this place has great quality. All staff was friendly and accommodating. My dad was with me and he likes well done meat (I know, I know), so they would cut pieces off and cook it to his liking. The bathroom was clean, the decor was nice. This might be my favorite one in town but I'm still sad about that pineapple.
