The burger I got was called the hangover burger. It was perfectly done. It was juicy the waffle fries of crispy. I would highly recommend this burger place.

Early dinner before a show. Dried up and tasteless onion rings . Hamburger tasted of old meat. Have been here before this time was my last. Honestly there are so many other places for a burger go there instead.

Counter service but delivered to your table. We've had a few meals here and it's always been very good. We thought the wings had too much coating and it was a bit pricey but it's to be expected based on location. They deliver to the sports book in Circa also so that's a bonus. The shakes rock too

Stopped by Circa during the NCAA basketball tournament and looked for a place to watch games and have a bite to eat. The line to get in was about 10 minutes but our hostess helped us find a prime spot to sit which was appreciated. Had the buffalo chicken spring rolls and strawberry cheesecake shake. Spring rolls were plentiful and tasty. Shake could have had more cheesecake base but it was decent. My guests enjoyed their burgers commenting on size and taste. Prices were commensurate with most downtown Vegas/strip restaurants. The food was very good and service excellent. If you're at Circa and looking for a great burger definitely check it out.

Fun atmosphere, pretty good hamburgers. Most other food (appetizers, sides) were mediocre, just mid-level frozen stuff, jarred sauces, etc.
A nice little spot in Circa. A break from the Fremont Street craziness. A cool place to chill and chat. The nachos were really good. The burger was good too. The beer on tap was nice. The service was very good, very friendly. Go check them out. Tell 'em Barsnobs sent ya!
I've been to Victory several times before -- always sit-down. Friday was our last night in town and we ordered take-out -- two items, and both not made correctly. Ordered the hand-picked salad and explained I did not care for pesto and could it come dry with another dressing. Not a problem. Also ordered the nachos with seasoned ground beef. While waiting for my food, the Director showed up, chatted briefly with me and gave me my order. Back to the room and the salad has the pesto dressing and the nachos have no ground beef. Check your take-out before leaving. Before this visit, I would give the place a 4-star rating.

Food tasted great, but server was terrible. They brought the food to the table and said they would be back with extra napkins and ketchup. They never came back. I saw them service other tables, but ignored mine. When paying I used a card and did not leave a tip. I only tip after I receive service in the form of cash. Could this lousy service have anything to do with not wanting to tip in advance? I believe you earn your tip and anything else is just charity. Needless to say, there was no cash tip left this time.

Staff super friendly. But...I ordered my burger medium rare and it was delivered really well done. Like - don't ask me how I want my burger cooked when it won't make any difference. Normally I'd send it back but it was pushing midnight so I ate half. Overall, just a super underwhelming burger. Waffle cut fries were great though! Looking for an amazing burger? This is just not the place. Circa should - and could - do better.
