Food was served hot and fresh, lots of cheese. Love the pasta. Staff are friendly, even we’re a little bit struggling to understand each other. Overall experience is good.

Please do not go there. The food was cold. The service was horrible. The workers were mean and had no patience with handicapped people. Please go somewhere else. Thank you.Parking: We are disabled. The workers at the restaurant were rough. We are senior citizens. We will not go back again.

Food was mediocre like other villa Italian pizza places. The services was awful. The staff working there are super rude. We purchased four slices of pizza and were sharing with our 5 little ones. We asked for extra plates and they looked at us like I’m crazy. They also said that you need to go to the Chinese place to ask for more plates but we didn’t order there at all. We were offended and feel disrespected at this place. Have been to many other villa Italian kitchens before and this is the worst experience so far.

The service was really great. The staff are very cordial! The meatballs are delicious. The sauce was flavorful. The noodles came out of the steamer tray and were okay. I was hungry, so it was decent and convenient. $15 with a soda. I've had worse. Good deal in the N Outlet Food Court.

Had to take a break from shopping to grab a bite to eat. I was feeling pizza since thr night before me and the wifey were going to have it but I didn't happen. Plus there was no line for Villa pizza, and I was getting kind of hangery. At the end I'm a simple guy and I was just getting a slice of cheese pizza and a drink. Customer service was OK they didn't seem like they wanted to be there. But the food was hot and the drink cold.

They seriously want to charge $2 for a side of ranch!?! That's BS! Why do cashiers act like their job is at stake if they give out Ranch that goes with food?!? Don't eat here

Zero vocation for customer service. They do not understand anything, they are not interested in taking care of the client, their work, very low level of staff, little training and desire to work.Is it because they know that we are mostly tourists? This is not how a brand is built or projected.

Literally some of the BUST garlic sticks/pizza in Vegas, and there's not many out here. They are quite expensive but it's worth it. I eat here everytime!

Went here during lunch time during a Saturday. Asked for a Hawaiian slice. It was ok, but I don't think it was worth the $8. Could barely taste the pineapple and the ham on the slice. Although it was warm and crispy, it was not very tasteful. Probably should have gone to the Subway next door instead.

Very rude cashier!!!! She rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to talk about me in Spanish after I left. (My sister was behind me in line) I tried to explain to her that I ordered 2 combos and I was missing my garlic balls. She said she only charged me for a slice and drink. Then blamed me that I did not communicate my order to her. Which I ordered my food with the first guy and he did not communicate my order with the cashier. She only wanted to explain what she charged me when I was trying to explain that what I ordered was not correct. She was very rude.

Crazy to say a pizza place inside of a shopping mall is deserving of 5 stars but the food was good enough to earn it! We had a couple slices of pepperoni pizza and a side salad. The pizza is premade and only warmed up when you order but it still tasted fresh. The sauce had a great flavor and the crust was just the right amount of crispy. The wife's salad was really fresh and needed nothing. Crisp lettuce, solid tomatoes and the right amount of dressing. We accidentally arrived at the mall prior to their 11am opening time, we were thankful this place was open early so we were able to get some food in us before walking the mall for hours.

I was shopping at the Fashion Show Mall for some items that I forgot to bring on my vacation. I was feeling hungry and decided to stop by the food court area. This place caught my eye and was not busy at all - which is a shame! The worker on the line was super friendly and asked me what I wanted to order. I had walked over only seeing the pizza, but saw they also served pasta and other items as well. She motioned to the garlic knots and I was sold. I ordered their cheese pizza slice and the garlic knots side with a lemonade to drink. It was about $10 for all of that. SO CHEAP! The food was great. The pizza was bigger than my hand and the garlic knots were absolutely to die for! (I had garlic knots at a similar restaurant a few days later and theirs did NOT compare to these at ALL!) Highly recommend if you want pizza and garlic knots and don't want to break the bank in Vegas!

The worst and most greasy pizza I've ever eaten. My hand was drenched in grease after picking up the slice. The garlic bread was so greasy and oily it created a pool on the plate. It was soaked in oil. It was almost like eating raw pizza dough because of the amount of oil in it. Tasted like cardboard. Everything was bland and had no flavor. Too expensive for a single slice of cardboard that they just reheat in the dirty oven in front of your face.
