ate here tonight and was questioning why the bill was so high for just a Stromboli and garlic roll and then I asked "did you charge me for WATER", she said yes. the receipt show a charge for soda @ $2.65.. I'm like ummm ok, just paid and ate. figure since I already paid for it, I would get a refill, they wanted $1.15 for the refill. REALLY!!! I said no way and left. there are no signs that they are charging for water and the girl who took my order didn't say anything about it. should have just said no. oh well, this was the last time I eat there, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. really pathetic

I was really hungry. I thought a slice a pizza would taste good right now. The slice I picked out she put in the oven to heat it up. After I took one bite oh my this tasted horrible. The crust was like a cracker. For a place in the Sante fe casino you would think they would make fresh pizza all the time. I will never eat that again. I should of had a capriati sandwich. After all I paid $10 for a slice and a soda. Never again.

Incompetent employees, one of them lied to my face when he forgot to put my pizza in and the other looked at me slack jawed while trying to comprehend why I would have an issue with that. Just go to little ceasers, it's a fifth of the price, takes a fifth of the time and tastes essentially the same.

We ordered a pizza and when we went to pick it up, we were told they gave it away to someone else and we could purchase a pizza we didn't want because of "miscommunication" otherwise it would take 30 minutes more. What's the point of calling ahead? And to be so cavalier about THEIR mistake, ridiculous. The only reason we went was for my husband to place a bet in the casino. Villa is my favorite pizza but we haven't eaten at this location in a while. We won't be going back.
After reading the previous reviews on Yelp I was so hesitant to try eating here at Villa Italian Kitchen. I came to the conclusion that you shouldn't rely on other people's opinions. You have to try it and decide for yourself! Well, I did just that! Let me be clear, this is definitely food court dining so my expectations were not that high. I was surprised to find a rather tasty dining experience! I ordered the pasta and chicken parmigiana and it was yummy. I found the serving size to be ample and fulfilling. The marinara sauce was good and not overly sweet as you might find at other Italian places. Keep in mind this is food court dining, but it definitely was a winner for me!

I am disappointed Santa Fe is my spot but now I am reconsidering it because they charge me a lot for a piece of pizza and they offered me toppings on my pizza and then they switch to say that there was no other pizza besides the cheese wine and the cheese one was old I think they had it in the back in the storage box for two years my stomach hurts and I want them to pay for my medical bill
