For an appitzer we ordered the fried calimari and it was delicious. I ordered the shrimp scampi and my husband ordered the Chilean sea bass and it was very flavorful and fresh. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and was also very friendly. The manager also came over to our table and had a pleasant conversation with us. It was definitely a 5 star restaurant.
Nice ambiance, great service and the house sour dough rolls with salt flakes were fantastic. At our table we had the mussels, shrimp Louie salad and salmon. Everything was delicious and we will return.

The food was awesome. We had two kids with us. They had a great kids menu and our waitress was exceptional. She treated the kids really really well. We said at the table and played cards for a while, and the manager came by and greeted us. I would suggest this place to anybody.

The whole experience was excellent. We arrived early: no problem! A nice table was set up. No tables were crowded together, allowing for a nice volume of conversation. The seafood was fresh and high quality. It was great to be able to create a custom seafood platter, choosing items we really like. Stone crab claws were better than the famous neighboring restaurant. Kumamotos and clams were fresh. Shucking was above average. Wish that we had an extra set of sauces for our table of five. The entrees arrived a bit early, which is my only complaint. The halibut, scallops and sashimi tuna were thumbs up from all! The cocktails were creative, flavorful and fairly priced. The beer and wine list was lengthy. The desserts were simply gilding the lily. But the complimentary birthday dessert was the favorite. The house-made ice cream and espresso chocolate cake paired nicely with the French press coffee.

Pleasant staff. Over priced and oversold the spicy lobster roll (fried and not with enough lobster for the $33 price for 8 pieces)— Fish preparation was outstanding! Loved the Sea Bass. Would return again.

We stopped here on a whim before a show and this place really impressed me on all levels. The seafood is just excellent. Best of the best. The grilled octopus is a top 10 all time dish for. Lobster sushi and clam chowder was also superb. Overall excellent and will be back.

I've been to this place only once. COVID 2020 August and was a ghost town, but without question and having lived in Vegas for 15 years, Water Grill is the best seafood restaurant going. . I'll be there in May this year, and hopefully receive the same classy, professional service again.

Visited this place during my conference @ Las Vegas as I was craving for seafood and the experience overall was amazing, nothing short of excellent!! Food was amazing and the server was very professional and friendly. Tried half-dozen oysters and cioppino, and I highly recommend trying them. I will definitely visit this place again in the future.

I love coming to this place every time I am in town. They have a menu that changes seasonally so there are new options each time I eat there. The service was great and we enjoyed every last bite, including dessert, which I normally do not order.
The food and service were both amazing. Highly recommend come oysters, the Chilean sea bass, and grilled octopus! All were delicious, the sea bass had like a curry crust it was incredible! The house cocktails were also delicious! Our server was super attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant to interact with! Top rated for sure!

Another wonderful birthday celebration with Lindsay as our server! Delicious food and receiving the comped, key lime pie was the perfect ending of the evening. We'll definitely return in October when we'll celebrate another birthday.

Amazing! The food was spectacular and the service so great, Christian made us feel very welcome. We started with the crab cake, then we had the lobster roll and scallops, mmmmm! They were so sweet to hand draw a birthday card for me and also gave me a cookie ice cream treat at the end! I can't describe it better than Mmmmm! This place is definitely on our “go back again” list!!
