Good good. We split the steak nachos. Excellent service. Raul, the server went above and beyond. We will be back.

Great pool side bar and grill! My Cadillac orange margarita was really good, not too strong, citrus-y, with a nice GM float and an orchid for aesthetics. Beautiful drink while watching my babe swim! The fries were perfectly cooked and salted. We only had fries and drinks, but service was wonderful, quick, friendly, and served right at pool side.

Great food whenever I stay at this Hilton location. Fast & fresh food. Also they have really good frozen drinks.

We have had lunch and breakfast at the bar and both were really good. Prices are reasonable for a resort bar/grill. Service was great both times. We will probably eat here again before we leave. I recommend the wings & the Bloody Mary

The food was good. I would not classify it as "great." The staff was great and very attentive. Very convenient for grabbing a bite while lounging by the pool.

Actually really good for hotel bar & grill! Service was great and the food was fresh and delish. I was pleasantly surprised.

This review is specifically for the bartender. Val is rude. Maybe she’s just trying to multitask, in which I’ll give her 2 stars. Not 4 or 5 , because she interacted with 7 different people who weren’t ahead of me. She gets a solid 2 because by no means is she a lazy worker. When a customer wants food , a rude server is distasteful. She needs to be managing people , not serving guests. As I’m writing this… I do notice that with certain guests she’s becoming more pleasant. Maybe I came during a rush.

Whew! A long drive and tons of traffic, we finally made to Las Vegas to swap our rental car, due to be rammed in the side by a deer. By the time we finally made it to the Hilton Grand Resort on the Strip, we were beat. So we decided to grab a quick bite at Waves. It was busy but we (self seat) found a table at the far end. A little odd as we were fully dressed and most patrons were in swimsuits. In a few minutes our waitress came with menus and waters. My wife chose the Southwest Chicken with fries and I opted for the Boulevard Burger with onion ring upgrade. After a bit our orders came, and a wonderful surprise - a container full of condiments. I suppose the packets are safer and easier to handle in this area. Both sandwiches were excellent, hot and tasty, as were the sides. We were both hungry as breakfast was now 7 hours behind us.Excellent service and delicious food, the only drawback was the really loud music that made it hard to talk.

Conveniently next to the pool. The Berry White was delicious...had a few while I was there. The burger was actually pretty good and the garlic Parmesan on the chicken tenders was pretty good.

Food and atmosphere was amazing, mckenzie the new blonde server was honestly the best server we had in our whole time in Vegas, told us she's only worked here for 5 days but was so attentive without being pushy like many servers tend to be. 10/ 10 would reccomend.

It is a very basic café by the pool at the Hilton Grand Vacations. Nothing really fancy, a fee options for breakfast and bites for the rest of the day. Drinks are probably the best. The food is nothing special, nothing fancy and unluckily is the only one at the resort. I'd say that is expensive for what you really get. The service is really nice though.
