First time here at this new location. Food was cold, over cooked or reheated & fries were soggy. We chose to eat inside - while the aesthetics are nice, it was filthy! Manager was arguing with employees while we were ordering. We should have left then. I wouldn't have even give it 1 star. Crazy Wendy's Corp lets this happen. Wendy's used to be a good go to place. Won't be going back.

I walked in, the tables were very dirty and there were crumbs and food particles underneath the tables. It wasn't even busy so I was confused to why no one was keeping up with the cleanliness of the restaurant! I was grossed out and didn't even order my food!

One time I came here at around 9 pm, and there was a bunch of rude teenagers working at the drive-thru but that was when their location just opened. Like at least be professional, I wasn't even rude at all and just trying to get some food. Like I know you're almost about to close, but y'all dont have to act like 12 year olds about it.And look at all these bad reviews, Jesus.

This place is awful. The guy on the mic right now literally had a line of cars waiting for over 15mins before we all finally left. Service here is awful. Such a waste of time going

Gave me stale burgers that made me sick overnight. Be careful eating here, you may end up in the ER.
POSITIVELY AWFUL My granddaughter and I wanted to go to In-N-Out but the wait was too long so we went to Wendy's. Big mistake! The young man who took out order seemed to be unfamiliar with their offerings. He also apparently didn't place our order properly as we waited over 20 minutes before I went to the counter to check, only to learn that they gave away our food to someone else who arrived a good 15 minutes after us. So we finally got our rather expensive order. The burger was pretty bad and didn't taste like fresh beef. The fries were so so and the shake I got was more like a cup of soft serve ice cream. The whole place was filthy. The men's room looked like it was vandalized. The one toilet was stuffed and overflowing and there was trash all over the floor. Even the urinal was clogged. There was trash all around the sink and there were no paper towels. Poor quality food, lousy service, and a total shithole! Avoid this place at all costs.

The person taking my order at the cashier gave him cash, as I seen him walk away never wash his hands and immediately grab frozen chicken with no gloves on and then turn around and grab raw bloody beef with bare hands this is unacceptable as I work in the food industry for many years. Also seen management continuously keep walking out front to smoke cigarettes leaving the floor unattended, and not once wash his hands. Someone from the higher ups need to do a surprise visit , cause Heath department will be called. This is unacceptable.
