Good chicken sandwich, helpful soda refills, bought a $3 Frosty key chain. Used the counter to connect airport WiFi, because Wendy's WiFi was only 1.5 Mb ...and to charge phone. Good experience all around.

The food was good, a little high priced because it was in the airport, but at least it was done fast. The only thing I didn’t get the ranch sauce that I asked for, but they were busy & doing there

At Wendy's, the experience varied: from a speedy, tasty double cheeseburger to an unsatisfactory spicy chicken sandwich. The service was hit or miss, with instances of great friendliness and efficiency but also occasions of poor acknowledgment at the drive-thru. The prices seemed high for airport fare, making some meals feel overpriced, yet the food quality ranged from very clean and tasty to dry and disappointing.

We were planning to meet someone here for a layover and saw the sign which said they were open until 10pm. I confirmed with an employee who also said that they were closing at 10pm. We went back at 9:30 and wow, they were already closed. ? Why do I even bother asking? Where else am I supposed to get a square hamburger at that time of night?

This was my first Wendy’s breakfast experience. The staff were friendly and the food was good. The sausage and cheese biscuit was great and better than McDonald’s if I do say so myself. The breakfast potatoes were good too. I had a little breakfast and watched some YouTube while I waited for my flight. It’s a good spot to kill some time.

I had arrived at the Las Vegas Airport, JetBlue terminal, for a flight departure at 7:30. One of the few places offering breakfast was Wendy's at the quick service location. There wasn't a long line for Wendy's. Looking of their menu, there was a wide range of option from biscuit sandwiches, combos, and sides. I opted to choose their English Muffin with Eggs, Bacon, and Cheese. The team members at this location was great. The order was hot and ready within 5 minutes!I didn't eat it at the airport, but on the airplane. Since the sandwich was wrapped efficiently, it was still warm when I was ready to eat it on the airplane to Orlando! It was a cheap meal, less than $6.00 for the sandwich!

I ordered the spicy nuggets combo. The nuggets were spicy, but tasted more squiggly then crispy.

Roughly 6:30-7:00pm 8/14/2023Manager Staci (yes with an "i") was an employee handling expediting. It happens, I get it. Not gloved, okay, as long as employees have clean hands, right? Chili container open, her GETTING MY CHILLI, her head over the container and chili bowl in her hand, she stops what she's doing, scratches her head (who knows if she has dandruff, an infection, or lice), and then goes right back to handling the chili ladle to serve up my chili, and then handling other food items after, all without washing her hands.I get we all have an itch now and then... but you don't scratch it over food. And you don't touch your body, especially parts of the body that in general humans have struggled with hygiene issues over for millennia, and then start handling utensils others will also be using not to mention have direct contact with food! You WASH YOUR HANDS FIRST! Food safety 101. When I called, I didn't know she was the manager. I was appalled to find out that the manager herself disregarded food handling procedures to such a degree. Wendy's corporate? How did she become a manager? She doesn't even know how to wash her hands!
