As always the food is excellent which is why we return year after year. My negative rating on the ambience is not a reflection on the restaurant , but on the other patrons. Apparently t shirts, flip flops and baseball hats are acceptable clothing when dining out in Las Vegas now. It takes away from the dining experience. A casual dress code at least would be nice.

David as our server was a blessing! He is outstanding. The crab cake is the best I have ever eaten!!!! Steak and lobster were good. Very friendly staff and helped us celebrate our anniversary.

Steaks were great. Needed a little more flavor on the crust. They were all underdone a temp below asking. My medium was med rare and the med rare was rare. Cool old school atmosphere.

Meat lovers sub with a side of fries. Generous with condiments and sides. Sub is what'd you'd expect, probably 8 inches long. Overall decent for vegas.

I ended up sitting at the bar instead of taking my table for dinner. Enjoyed the meal as always as this is a special place in vegas. Sat next to a young guy doing a food blog and he explained his reviews

Classic steakhouse with lovely service. The servers were very attentive and knowledgeable. Our water was always full (both still and sparkling) and so were our drinks. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. Definitely recommend.

Average steakhouse. Service and ambience were okay. Would not be my steakhouse of choice when in Vegas. Steak had no flavor and was not good cut of beef. Filet was dry while Ribeye was fatty. Was disappointing after being told this was the place to go. Only reason we did not rate lower was that drinks, French Onion Soup, Blue Cheese Wedge, Bread and Dessert were good!! Won't be coming back. Too many other good steakhouses in Vegas!

Overall the experience was really good, service and ambiance were great, all the sides were great but my Ribeye was good but not great for the price, 2nd time here and thought the steak was better 3 years ago, still enjoyed our night.

A true classic steak house feel. Service was outstanding and food overall was good. However, the ribeye was not the best cut of meat and was rather bland....not seasoned adequately. Our son ordered the Filet which was a better steak but seasoning was also not great. Waiters and service carried the day and still made it overall a good dining experience.

The flavor of the steaks was awesome. Hard to beat when cooking with a real mesquite wood fire. The sides were ok in terms of flavor. And the selection of wine by the glass was just OK too. IMO, a good steakhouse should have a Pinot from Oregon. They only had a California Pinot. But overall, we enjoyed our meal. Our server was excellent. Very personable and attentive. The one complaint to call out is that one of our steaks was cooked medium-well when we had ordered it medium rare. Which resulted in us not getting to have our meals together. On the positive side, the staff took care of us and the situation. They refired a new steak and took care of the inconvenience it caused. We had heard so much about this steak house and we try a new one, once a month. We'll give it another try. One tip regarding parking is to park at the Fontainebleau and walk across the street. Circus Circus parking is not good. Small/narrow parking spots and the lot is jam packed (probably because it's free). It took us almost 30 minutes to park and get into the hotel, as we had to park on the roof level. Even valet parking was waaaay backed up. It'll definitely be worth paying for parking at Fontainebleau and crossing the street next time.

My husband and I celebrated our 14th anniversary here. My 8 Oz filet was the best I ever had. It cut like butter. My husband had a NY strip that had zero flavor and tough as leather. The waiter brought us a piece of cake for our anniversary. The food was not worth $193.00 for two people.

Our server T-O, was so attentive & helpful. He's been there 40 years & cares about his customers. We love steak & the filets we ordered were in the top 1% of our favorites. We started with a crab cake that was amazing & big. Along with the entrée, you could have black bean soup or a salad and a choice of potato. Asparagus was also served on our plate with a side of Bernese sauce. We were full but ended our meal with chocolate covered strawberries. With our bill came a plate of Andee mints. Highly recommend!!

This was our second visit to The Steak House at Circus Circus. We were a little disappointed in the steak and the salmon. The steak was not as good as our first visit and the salmon was not as done as I would have liked, but the flavor was good. Otherwise the rest of the meal was great.
