Horrible experience with this establishment. We are here for pleasure not knowing the rules and this white guy I'm assuming the MANAGER rude as HELL!!! told us we couldn't come in with our drinks we just bought, he didn't say anything just grabbed a White Castle bag and said " Drop it in here" Really? We just spent $68.00 on drinks and he expected us to just drop it in the trash for a White Castle burger, NOPE we don't think so and good bye. He was so rude, we told him we didn't know Y'ALL'S rules. Never will we go again and a most definite rated poorly as many times on the reviews. Sorry not Sorry ?

Their sliders have fluffy buns and are made hot and fresh to order. It’s very satisfying for a little burger craving, snack sized, and affordable. Highly recommend the double cheese sliders which are like a mini double cheeseburger. The onion chips are also very tasty. The downside is that this location is kinda run down and the floors were super sticky and oily and the tables weren’t the cleanest. The food was good.

We went in just because I’ve never had White Castle before. We enjoyed the little burgers but the experience there was terrible.They have 8 grills but only two were being used, they were very short handed. They did what they could to keep up. All the employees were hard working and nice.The major problem it took is a total of 35 minutes to get our order.The place didn’t feel safe but I think it’s because of the area we were in. Many characters for sure.I will make a great story of my Vegas trip.

It's a white castle. On Fremont. My expectations were already in the basement. Whichever employee was expediting/assembling orders was the RUDEST food service employee I've encountered in probably a decade. Asked politely for ketchup, she made eye contact and gave me mustard and mayo. Shorted us a sandwich on our order too, and when I attempted to (again politely) bring this to her attention she wouldn't even make eye contact with me.

Currently on a family trip and we were excited to find out that there was a White Castle near the hotel. Well after waiting in a long line we end up leaving as we saw how their cooking area looked. They were serving uncooked burgers, there was meat that was on the floor in front where the customer wait in line. There was a customer waiting for his food and he had his dog on the counter where they were handing out food. Not a good look at all. Unstaffed and the place was not cleaned. Was there on 4/3 and will not enter in there again.
Amazing sliders. Very pleasant experience. Great location, (Fremont experience). Open 24/7. Decent prices. White Castle is definitely one of my favorite places to eat.

It's downtown so it's dirty and lots of drunk and homeless. The staff try to enforce the rules though. They seem kinda rough so I was careful about asking about my order though. I was waiting for a long time because they called out the wrong number and my food was cold. But yea I didn't want to get cursed out for complaining or something so I ate a little and threw the rest away

Customer service is terrible they forgot 10 burgers on a To go order they would not let me check the the order they insisted all the food was there drove all the way home to summerlin finding out 10 burgers were missing tried calling no answer mail box was full went back and refused to replace the 10 burgers Cynthia the manager was very rude telling me I called the wrong number that was not on the receipt so apparently google has the wrong number listed I am a long time customer of White CastleVisiting locations throughout the states for I am a truck driver and will not be a returning customer after being one for 40 years way to go White Castle
