I order my food and waited for about 15 minutes before I asked if it’s close to being done to find out that they didn’t even start it while the cashier keeps staring at me not doing a thing. Foods not good, seems to be better if you get it from the grocery store. Good music

The best hot and cooked perfect didn't have to wait 10 min to order.
The food was good, but lacked any condiments. I don't know if this is a new thing, but last time I was there, it seems like they at least added mustard. These were all plain, with just a pickle. It wasn't very busy, but they were slow getting our food out. The staff were friendly and apologetic for our wait, though, which was nice. I will 100% will return regardless of the wait, because I love those little sliders, and there are no White Castles where I live.
