This could be partially biased since I have had Winchell's throughout my entire life, but I challenge anyone to find a better donut anywhere. Try the jelly donut alone and you'll see what I mean. It's hard to eat any other donut after Winchell's; you'll spend years telling everyone how great they are wishing you still lived right down the street from one. The staff here was fast and friendly. Facility had the same look I remembered and I hope they always keep it that way.

I work graveyard and 3 times in the last 2 months I stopped to get a dozen donuts for my co-workers no Donuts the shelves were completely empty he told me to come back around 9:00 a.m. what's the point in being open 24 hours last night at 12:00 a.m. Friday night same thing no Donuts so ridiculous just close if you're not going to have any donuts on The Late Shift

Coffee was fresh. Pasteries were great with a variety of options. Daily deals and combos are budget friendly. Fast and friendly service. Love the 24 hour service... Definitely recommend giving them a try.

Terrible customer service. Why don’t you have someone who speaks and or understands English working to assist customers. It’s 9am and it took 30 min for a 5 min order. She had no idea what I’m asking for and I simply wanted a donut and sandwich. It’s frustrating repeating over and over and had to wait until a customer who was bilingual came in. I should have left, but I already invested so much time thinking she understood. I try to support local businesses and chains but I fail to understand a business that does not require an employee to be able to communicate with customers. Not going back here.

I placed an order for 2.5 dozen donuts through uber eats. I then called the store to request that at least one jelly filled donut was in ther for my daughters birthday. The woman who answered the phone didnt speak english and hung up on me. I called back and she hung up again while i was talking. I will never in my life come here or order again. SERVICE IS AWFUL!!

I went here for the first time and I mean the first time, I ordered donut dozen holes and they didn't want to take my order!!! The service was also unprofessional! And I didn't do anything wrong I was being polite! Do not come here!
