Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them. it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

RENA WAS SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO LIANN .EVERY TIME I COME IN WHICH IS 3- 4 TIMES A WEEK. I REALLY LIKE HOW SHE IS PAITENT WITH ME AND THE OLDER FOLKS WHO NEED SOME TIME AND SOME HELP WITH ORDERING. YESTERDAY WAS SUCH A SHAME TO SEE AND HEAR EVERY BELITTLING THING A MANAGER WAS SAYING TOWARDS HER AND ABOUT HER. LIANN HANDLE HERSELF BEAUTIFULLY IN MY BOOK. I WOULD'VE QUIT TO BE HONEST. UPPER MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO CHECK THERE MANAGERS ABOUT THAT . LIANN WAS RIGHT .

Worst wing stop ever as well as customer service I placed a order for delivery, fries are cold & burnt w no seasoning whatsoever, the wings are terrible they are hard & they gave me all of the same flavor wings ….I called & she said to come back which they are 20min away & inconvenient I can’t go back right now then the manager tells me not to eat any of the food & bring it all back tomorrow smh DONT GO HERE

Did an online order and it said the order would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I ordered my wings well done so I took that into consideration and didn’t leave my house until after 20 minutes had passed. (I’m about 7 minutes away.) when we pulled in, we gave it another 5 minutes before entering to pickup our food. My bf went in and the lady at the counter didn’t even have the receipt printed for the order. So she printed it out and stated it would be about 10 minutes.. we waited in the car right outside and noticed about 5 different families and people go in and either pickup or get their food served to them within 7 minutes. We stayed patiently waiting. After about 20 minutes my bf went in and again it wasn’t ready so he sat down on the bench inside. About 15 minutes went by and I went in behind him and asked the lady if we can please at least have our beverages from our order while we wait and asked her if she knew how much longer it would be, because at this point it’s been over an hour since I placed my order and she couldn’t find the ticket and she asked another employee if she knows about it. She said some guy had come to pick it up and I told her that we’ve been waiting for this food for an hour now and that we’ve been here so how can that be? She said she doesn’t know and then proceeded to say she told someone it would be longer and that he left. And my bf peaked behind me and he was like I’m right here and she’s like oh, I didn’t know you were together and walked away. About another 5-7 minutes went by and our food was finally ready. I made it home to find half of an order of wings missing and wings that I ordered all flats were all drums but 2. Extremely frustrated I called the store and spoke to the same girl that had to reprint out receipt and said it would be 10 minutes. I explained how frustrating this whole experience was and that our order was wrong and missing items. She said I could come back and they’d make them but I let her know it wasn’t something I was going to do and she offered me to speak to the manager for a refund. I said I will accept that since I didn’t receive the correct food and half my items missing. She said to hold and went to talk to him I guess and he sent her to tell me he’d refund my whole order and to expect it to come back between 5-7 business days. Almost 3 weeks later and we still have yet to receive this refund. But I gave up and decided this needed to be reviewed instead since resolving this issue was not to anyone’s importance. I would like to note that not one time during this experience did we receive so much as an apology for the wait or errors on their part and the manager, Anthony, could not even be bothered enough to come to handle the matter on his own and made his cashier, Jadalynn, do his job for him. As a fellow Business manager, this is not acceptable or the right thing to do. Then to not even follow through with the refund at all. We were extremely unsatisfied and unhappy with the entire situation. And we definitely will be visiting the location on Spring Mountain and rainbow instead. Thanks anyway!

Needed to grab a bite so I checked out the reviews while sitting in my car. Figured I'd give it a shot. The fries were gone in the drive home so they were okay, but when I got home to try the chicken I was totally grossed out by the pool of oil the chicken was sitting in. The chicken itself not impressive as so much of it was overcooked and hard and the flavor not throughout. First and last time. Sorry guys.

I saw several cockroaches while dining there also the bathroom was really dirty. Whoever the district manager is please reach out to me so we can discuss the labor and health code violations being called "policy" by your lazy misinformed employees.
