My wife made an oder for pick up through grabbhub, and when I got there, the manager didn't want to give me the pizza even though it had my name written on it. She confused me with a delivery guy, and then she asked me to show her proof by showing her the app. Finally, my wife sent me a screenshot of the online oder, and the manager still refused to give me the pizza and wanted me to pay it again even though the receipt showed it was paid off. After holding me there and arguing for about 15 minutes, she proceeded to print out a receipt of my order and left me hanging while she went to the back. Right after, another employee came up to me to give me the receipt, the pizza, and an apology. He told me that the manager had been in a bad mood all night and not giving a care about the job at the moment. The pizza was cold by then, and I couldn't complain to anyone because the main problem of the restaurant was the manager and her bad attitude.

Double negative on the customer service, the worst customer service I’ve had in the looong time. Super rude!!!!!!!!! I was asked to repeat my order, followed up by “ if you wanna be rude I can just hang up on you” Jan. 27-24 8:30pm then hung up on.

The staff was very nice and friendly and Apologize for the app not working to its full ability I was unable to click on the app to say I was here which I feel is not the workers fault but the apps in my opinionParking: They only had a couple of spaces in my opinion to park but it was not that bad just not a lot of parking in my opinion is all

Their app wouldn't allow me to order, I got error messages. Then an hour later after I got food elsewhere, they sent an email saying my order was ready! I went to pick up my one-hour old pizza, curbside. I clicked on the link in the email to notify them and it didn't allow me to talk to the people in the restaurant, it gave me someone at call center in another state or country who could do nothing. We won't go to Pizza Hut again.

I am disappointed that my food was cold when it arrived. I paid extra for jalapeños and bacon but it was not on my pizza. Also I ordered that new bacon cheese bread and you guys gave me breadsticks. For $40 I could have screwed this up myself.

The shift manager is always angry with the customers and hides out in the back all the time and 5 people waiting in a line to pick up pizza so I went to the back to find him and he came up yelling at me and slamming the register drawer this was not the first time I will not be back to your store anytime soon unless you get that angry person out of that store he is always stressed not a good position for him he is going to explode one day. Also wi would of not left not one star but had to so I could post review
