Very poor service. Very bad experience. Dirty— eat at your own risk. Store was not even opened at the time it is supposed to open. Finally the door was opened, all lights were off. Kitchen was cold. No chef on site. However, All main dishes need the chef. Then They just tried to sell noodles; very wrong information from advertising online. Disorganized. Poor poor poor experience. Stay away whenever possible

The third and last time I went to his house. The boss is from Hunan. It’s really embarrassing.1. The service is terrible! I sat for 20 minutes and was not given water. After sitting for 30 minutes, the boss came over and gave me a menu. He laughed angrily and told him that I had placed my order half an hour ago and asked him to push me. The boss said that he couldn’t push me because there were so many people. I can’t push it (I told you three times that I can’t push it)2. I sat there for 45 minutes and was about to stand up and leave when the food was served. At that time, there were four large tables and two tables of individual customers in the store. On average, the food was not served until 40 minutes later. Several large tables drank a round of beers without being served, and they could not leave. There was still one table that had not been ordered for 20 minutes. Food, everything is in a hurry3. There must be something wrong with food hygiene. I ran away as soon as I ate. I didn’t eat anything else from last night to today. I ran away twice after eating his food. I can eat spicy food, and I can eat other Sichuan and Hunan dishes/Yu Sheng/Beef Tartare without getting upset.

My wife and I waited over an hour for a table. Other people came after us and were seated before us because they had 3 in their group and were seated at bigger tables in the middle of the restaurant while my wife and I waited for a booth to open up. We got there around 5:30pm and were starving! I was so mad. I only stayed because my wife wanted to try the food.I will say everything we ordered was delicious and VERY spicy! However I will not go here again because they do not know how to organize or treat their customers. Getting the servers attention was also a hassle. Very unorganized business. Here is a pic of all the people waiting at the front after we finally got a booth.

I ordered rice noodles, but the soup was not hot and smelled like a rag wiping the pot. In the end I didn't eat it. The boiled fish didn’t even have oil poured on it…. And the portion is really indescribably small. The boiled fish costs $20 including tip. No one in the family ate a piece. I ate a few slices myself and scooped up what looked like leftovers. The taste is just like adding water directly to the cooking bag. Even if the quality of the food is poor, I have never commented on it. But this time it was too much. It really puts the Chinese restaurants in Las Vegas in a bad light. After reading some bad reviews about the restaurant, the owner's replies were basically retaliatory comments. I hope the boss understands that no one wants to give a bad review if the customer's most basic demands can be met. I also hope that the boss can look good for us Chinese overseas, instead of making people think that Chinese food is just this level... I also hope this comment is helpful to everyone. Thanks

Authentic home-style Sichuan food, served in a shabby space, obviously a favorite for people from the region. The food was a bit greasy for me, and the flavors not what I expected. However, it was an interesting experience.

Way overpriced for what I got. Ordered Mongolian Beef, Cashew chicken and egg rolls on grub hub. I understand there's fees but without them the food order was almost $50 for this small amount of food. Wanted to try a new place, will be sticking with the other options I'm familiar with. Food was not bad (didn't eat egg rolls, they were kind of burnt and cold when arrived; also came with unspecified vinegar like sauce) but the portion size for the quantity is absurd, even through Grubhub.

The food was great, we had the tofu appetizer, it was delicious, spice levels are cooked to your taste, really liked the green beans, spicy shrimp had a grate flavor but the shrimps were overcooked, so it was mushy on the inside. We're not ones that send food back, so we just ate them. They have these cute little teapots with the spout actually facing down, which I was really amazed by how nice it pours without spilling, looked like baby ?. Also had the 梅菜扣肉,which was delicious. Service was great, lady was very helpful with spices, mama likes the fresh chili but doesn't really like chilli oil, our server actually took the time to tell us how the chef can replace spices. Decently priced too. (Ultimately took 1 star off due to the shrimp being overcooked.)

Absolutely one of the best hunan food I had. If you are looking for umami bombs, I highly recommend “eggplants with preserve egg”, and “black stinky tofu” for the adventurous.
