Less than par food and terrible service. I've eaten here a couple times before, it's never wonderful but also not bad - until this time. I will definitely not be back after this experience.

We went in on Cinco de Mayo. There were no specials at all for the holiday. A house margarita was 75 percent ice for $18. Queso with chorizo was subpar and expensive. Shrimp ceviche was ok, but not what I would have expected from a Guy Fieri place. Sad when you say chips and salsa were the best part of the meal.

Food was excellent, staff was professional, this is my 4th time. This is a very well run restaurant. People are friendly food is consistent. Atmosphere is fun. Highly recommend the establishment.

The salsa and guac was awesome. I was not the impressed however with the carne asada burrito. It was really dry and not very flavorfull. Also it took over an hour to actually get our food.

This restaurant is always busy but the service and wait time is always spot on. The portions are big where I can split a meal have a drink and appetizer. Always delicious chefs kiss!

Things started awkwardly when our hostess wordlessly led us to our table, then just tossed down the menus on the table and walked off before we were even seated. It took a while to be served, but we could see that our waiter looked very busy. Once he attended to us, service was good after that. Food came out quickly, and he frequently checked in on us. The complimentary tortilla chips were good, although the salsa was a bit thin and watery. We tried the trash can nachos, which had a decent flavor, although we felt some of the toppings were a little skimpy. The small/mini size was perfect for 2 people to share. We also had the street corn and guacamole appetizers, and a shredded beef burrito. The corn was tasty, albeit very rich and cheesy. The guacamole was pretty typical. And the burrito was average as well. The meat was moist, but didn't have an abundance of flavor. It came with beans and rice that I did not eat, as we were pretty full from the other food. Overall, I would say the food was hit-or-miss, and the value for the price paid was a bit high, but I suppose that's not unusual for a “celebrity-affiliated“ restaurant. And it was convenient to where we were staying within the hotel.

The food was delicious as usual ! The wait was just a little longer than usual because it was very busy. But the waiter brought chips and salsa and water right away. Everything was very good. I'll be making another reservation next time I'm in town ! Love it here !!!

I expected the food to be better. It was just average. Not much flavor in the carnitas!

I had high hopes. It came with great reviews and was very excited to try it.The salsa that came with the chips were inedible. The chicken in the enchilada must have come from a can. There was no flavor of hatch green chili at all. The burger tacos were ok. The staff was amazing and tried to save the night. The savings grace was the margaritas. They were amazing.

This food was AMAZING!! Katie our server, was wonderfully attentive and added to the experience we enjoyed. She served up our Trash Can Nachos and we could not wait to dig in. The are an interesting blend of so many flavors that marry so well. There's spicy and sweet, hot and savory. These were the best nachos I've ever had in my life!! And I am a person that get nachos EVERYWHERE I go. Guy Fieri... You have a new fan! These nachos blew me away. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great as well, no overly loud with the music blaring like most restaurants. Truly, one of my favorites!!

Salsa that came with the chip is disgusting. Tasted like tomato sauce with some garlic. The chicken in my enchilada had no flavor. The texture felt liked canned chicken. The savings grace was the service and the margaritas. I will not go back there and not suggest it to anyone. In fact, I will suggest not going there to save them from wasting there money.

My partner & I had never been in a Guy Fieri restaurant & we were looking forward to our dinner. We had reservations and were seated promptly on a busy Saturday night. Our server was very attentive, even though she was really busy. I ordered a Cadillac margarita & unfortunately it was very sweet & tasted like fruit juice. My partner ordered fajitas & he was very happy with them. What we didn't realize was that we were being charged an additional $5.99 (on top of $23.99 for the fajitas) for “ the fixings” (lettuce, sour cream, etc.), garnishes that are usually included with the dish. My hatch chili chicken enchiladas were very bland. The restaurant ambiance was more coffee shop than festive Mexican & definitely needs some attention & upgrading. Overall, our experience was well below our expectations & we will probably not return.

Small portions for the price. Slow service, had 1/2 the basket of chips gone and water glasses empty before waitress ever came to table, thank God for the guy that delivers the chips and water. I expected better quality of food, but nope, average at best. Carne asada burrito was the size of a frozen burrito, and meat was mushy. If it wasn't for the jalapeño in the pico, it would have had no flavor.
