After many infractions with the health department..... it was time- the quality went down, I saw lack of staff, employees crying near the end, but life goes on with a pick up sticks in that location!

I have been going to Panda for quite a few years and always order Brown Rice. For the first time EVER, the Mexican women gave me White Rice. Then we argued about it. I should have said: are you color blind? So I ask here, what type of rice comes with peas and carrots in it?

CLOSED PERMANENTLY!! Been here before and good food. Vacationing in Laughlin again and went here for lunch today and they are gone. Saw customers eating there just yesterday and thought we would have some Panda Express today, but the signs are down and curtain walls covering the area today. 5/9/2023. I approached security to asked if they just moved locations, but he said no. They have closed for good.

The employees are wonderful, the food mediocre. Waited for food to be ready so I was expecting fresh food. The noodles were undercooked and the sides were tali small. Ordered pang chicken it was tough and hard to chew, honey ginger chicken "claims to be breast" very small amount and the pieces were small like the diameter of my pinky looked like they used the trimming off the chicken. I really like Panda Express but never had it this bad.

The chow mein tasted like sink water and all the proteins were gummy. Food made me quite literally sick. Was not up to regular Panda standards. Do not come here. Trash.

Better get there early, says they are open till 10pm, but closed an hour early. Employees that don't want to work.
Everything was satisfactory. The service was polite enough. The menu was the usual and the orange chicken was good. It's much better than the Panda in my home town. There aren't many options in Laughlin so this is a decent place on a cold wintery night.

So many visits, less than half have been satisfactory. Girls behind the counter not only don't care, they don't listen. Asked for Hot Mustard, got Chili Sauce. Every visit, they're out of just about everything. If they'd take the 3 seconds it takes to listen, maybe then they'd provide better service, obviously that's not in their training. Total fail on management, or lack of....

Panda is panda decent Chinese food any one you go to.... But this was the only place open late night they had a huge line that wrapped around the small store. Everyone else in the casino was closed. However they moved pretty quick and the staff was not rude considering how busy they were! The coke was out and the staff changed it without hesitation and apologized. I would definitely return when on vacation.
