Very bad customer service! I'm supposed to have Stromboli or do it if they ask for it but no! They DID NOT want to do it, he said no because he was... so rude! THAT They had many orders and could not…. and I told him I'll be back! and he insisted that he didn't have an hour to give me to come back because he couldn't even place an order because he said he couldn't have it in 2 hours. And aggressive the Chinese haired girl who was there along with two young men, one of the Daniels, who couldn't do it. They are supposed to be working but they refuse to do their job and Nise says how rude they were. This was 06/07/23 5-6 pm

It seems that they have changed the recipe for the crust. It used to be better. Now it's really dry.Parking: Parking is too far from the entrance. Especially for disabled people like myself. Even the designated handicap parking spots are way to far.

I don't know how this place gets a 4 + rating. The slices look great and the ingredients look good. BUT THE TASTE !!!!! anywhere from salty, bland, tasteless to downright bad; hard to describe! @ 5 $+/slice both disappointing and kind of leaves you feeling ripped off !. A visit on-line to Dominos across the river will get you a better while not good whole pizza for the same price !

Waked by this place hundreds of times and never thought much of it. Finally gave it a shot, and I was quite surprised. Some of the best pizza I've had in a long time.

I ask a tiny young employee. Do you have any discount for residents here? He rudely ignores me as I ordered 2 slices for $10...rings it in..no discount...then I see they ran a special same price (with drink) for NY style. Pizza had no sauce C rated. NEVER going back and I live 500 yards away staying here for a year. ?♂️

Great tasting pizza and friendly staff. More people need to remember the staff's tip jar, the staff work around that hot oven all shift long and stay friendly
3 stars only for the quality of Sbarros pizza in general and the fact that we're starved eating it. The workers could care less about your wait when you order a pie versus slices. 30 minute wait turned into 1 hr 10 mins with two others behind us just as frustrated. Our Inquiry resulted in an employee saying we "Wait or we can refund you." Many times our simple order of 1 large pepperoni pizza went to the window for slices with no shits given. Good luck!
