Found this place on a roadtrip and the food was EXCELLENT. My carne asada burrito was made with love. Vegan friend loved the rice and other friend had a beautiful tostada. Wait was still ~35 minutes at 10:30AM on a Sunday, but call ahead, wait it out at the FREE donkey history museum across the parking lot, and you will not regret it.
Phenomenal food and service, only problem is that it takes a long time for food to come out and the bathrooms are a little iffy... The food is without a doubt the best Mexican food in town and the workers are polite and kind, Lovely place!

4 1/2 out of 5. Hole in the wall goodness. They display a sign that says... "This is not a fast-food restaurant". Your food is prepared after you order so the wait can be significant. It is so worth it though. I had the Chorizo Tacos, and they were exceptional. After scraping off half of the cilantro, they were some of the best tacos I've ever consumed.
