100% our favorite place in the area so far. We are visiting from out of town. This place has the best 1st class service. Not only is it one of the most beautiful distilleries I have been to but it has some of the best vodka I have ever had. My favorite is the vodka rested in Oak Sherry Casks and Hecate Cacao. Not a big gin drinker but the Gin in tonic flight is a must. We will visit again when we are in the area!

Gayle and I reserved a time here recently for their Cocktail Experience. We hope to take the Tour at a later date. Let's just say that this was a great date night, including classy service, a classy bar area, classy drinks, and of course my classy Wife. The physical space upstairs is gorgeous in it's combination of historic wood and brick, and a view of the distillery. Service was first class throughout. Cocktails of course feature Bently Heritage gin and vodka products, with an impressive selection. We also ordered a large and most delicious cheese and charcuterie board to compliment our drinks and basically make it a light dinner. Although we were booked for our allotted time, we never felt rushed. In fact, starting from being greeted downstairs, to being escorted up, through enjoying our Cocktail experience, and then purchasing some gin on the way out, we felt at ease and welcome. Providing that we remember to make reservations in time (as spots do sell out), this will be the perfect place to take out-of-town family and friends.

YES they are worth every sip and moment in this perfect ambiance. Also...notice all the ways they are NOT using plastics?! If you get to sit at the bar and it isn't busy, talk it up with any of the friendly bartenders. On your way up the stairs take in the chandelier. On your way out the door take home a bottle of gin or vodka...or both...you will leave a transformed and inspired mixologist!

I had my sister visiting from Texas and we wanted to do something that was out of the ordinary and I came across the distillery tour at Bentley Heritage. We booked both the tour and the cocktail service afterwards and it was so worth it! It is absolutely beautiful and everyone is so friendly! The tour was $20 a person and we got several tastings of some of the best vodka, gin, and single malt whiskey that I've ever had! Tom, Haley, and Faith were amazing! We will definitely be back!
The tour was wonderful & informative. I have never been in a distillery before & to hear about the process & see the machinery was intriguing. They served us a liquoretasting (cacao & coffee mixed) that was delicious! We also had tastings of their 2 vodkas & 3 gins. We also did the cocktail reception after our tour. Oh my! The choices of drinks that you can order was a hard choice… I can’t remember the name of the cocktail I had, but it was amazing (& I did take a picture). the historic buildings that this distillery has redone is amazing. I highly recommend that you visit.

We did the Cocktail experience and it was amazing! All of the cocktails are unique and made with their own liquor. The ingredients like lavender extract all made by the distillery. The inside of the buildings are beautiful made with original 100 year old wood. We never cared for gin until we tried Bently Alpine gin in a cocktail. First class all the way!!

I come from Switzerland and am in Reno for business. I was told that there is the best gin here. So I went down from Reno to get two bottles. The employee apparently did not want to serve me, he ignored me twice and always preferred new customers coming in. So I left again without gin!So I was able to try the gin! Thers is good! Still was not nice to be ignored!
