The food and staff are awesome. I've never had a bad meal here and i like to try something different each time I visit. I will continue to revisit every time I'm back in town!!!!

Best beer and burbon selection in town. You would not expect that from driving buy it. But it's worth the stop. Food is also good quality and not fast food.
My friend told me about this place, I'm so glad I paid attention. I don't even have the words on the quality and different options not only with the food but the many crafted beers. Come alone or with friends or family this is the spot! I can't wait to go back...

This is typically my go-to place when I have friends in town or for a quick business lunch. The food is pretty good with a limited menu, so they focus on what they do well. The service can be spotty and on my most recent visit it was lacking. The atmosphere is great if you're a beer aficionado or like whiskey or bourbon. Outside of that our guests weren't that impressed with the atmosphere but were with the food.I will still continue to stop in fairly often as the three cheese burger is my go-to favorite. And, on top of that, they have 30 plus beers on tap at any given time. Guaranteed you will find something you like.I would say to the management, make sure you are staffed appropriately when possible so there isn't such a long wait to get a drink or to get your food. If somebody is coming in during the lunch period it can be a little inconvenient and they may end up having to take their food to go at the last minute because it takes so long. Maybe if you know it's going to be more than 10 minutes let the people know so they have the option to get it to go instead.

Ordered the Special.sliced roast beef Chipotle mayo... bland, very little hint of Chipotle , bread was good..meat was thick mine was grizzly ..not a pleasurable beast sand. This is Minden.. beef?

The building housing the Minden Meat & Deli was once a Heidi's and maybe a railroad station way before that. I've passed this place a number of times in my US 395 Geno-Gardnerville travels. I only recently stopped in for Lunch as I was serving as an Election worker during the recent presidential preference primary. I only had a half an hour and just barely made it back to work within that time. I attributed that to the relatively slow time it took between my order and picking up the sandwich. There's also a lot going on here, between the deli, meat counter, full bar and alcohol inventory, and seating, making it all a bit confusing. The bottom line though is that my hot sandwich was delicious and with sparkling water and chips, just what I needed to help get me though the afternoon. I do need to come back and peel back this onion that's called the Minden Meat & Deli a little more.

Place is the bomb. They do an outstanding job here. I come all the time for lunch. The tri tip sandwich is insanely good (I recommend double meat) and plenty of house made deli sides to go with it. Huge craft beer selection and fine whiskeys as well. This is a must stop in Minden-Gardnerville. One of the best places for lunch in the whole valley.
What a cute little stop. They have an incredible amount of beers on tap, delicious food and a butcher/meat deli. We got marinated tri tip, ground beef and some bacon for home along with a few beers on tap. Everything was delicious! The lady serving us beer was also super friendly and a good time! A must stop when in the area.

Tri tip sandwich and the Buffalo chicken sandwich are some of my personal favorites. Also pretty cool that they have kombucha on tap. Fries are sometimes really good, or a bit off, but always complimentary to the meal if that makes sense. Overall, great restaurant and a staple in the community!
