We have used Pizza Factory in Minden for delivery twice now. Both times the food, phone service, and driver were top notch. Very friendly and the calzone was delicious. The cookies.....so good. Perfect addition to our meal. Next time we will get into the restaurant itself. Thank you to the staff.

Always a good experience. Delicious pizza. We always get delivery, and the pizza always tastes fresh. Even when something goes wrong, if we tell the staff they are more than accommodating. Be patient people. This is the best pizza place in town.

This is probably the worst service I've received at a restaurant all year. Angela was too busy to take our order and walked away in the middle of me asking a question. The two young girls sat in the back talking about boys for 30 minutes while myself and 4 other people waited for our orders. When I asked about my order after waiting 30 minutes, I was told they had to make my order and it would be ready in 6 minutes. Well, here I sit 15 minutes later waiting for 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. Needless to say, I will never be back.

Thank you for your response, Angela. I do appreciate that you recognized my concern in this matter and your willingness to correct the issue promptly. I rarely leave a review that's so harsh, and had the circumstances been different it may have been a little less frustrating for me. I had looked your hours of operation that evening and decided to make a trip down to Minden specifically to get a pizza from your Pizza Factory. Of course, i knew to call in the order so they would have enough time to make it before they closed at 9pm. So had i not planned my trip per the hours posted online and had my heart set on eating the best pizza around. I may not have been so upset. But, after receiving your response, I will definitely return to accept your offer as soon as i am back in the area. I've been working out out of town in SLT for the past few months, but came home (Mariposa, Ca) for the holidays. So upon returning to continue my work in SLT this week, i will absolutely come down to your Pizza Factory to give it a second shot. Thank you, once again. Talk soon.

These are some amazingly hard workers! They work their butts off! My family loves the pizza but I always go for the vegetarian calzone. They have a salad bar also!

It's just sad. A pizza place next to a really great little brewery. Could be a perfect match. Problem is this place is run by kids that seem to be in way over there head. Took over an hour to get our pizza. 1 pizza. Ordered wings to but they dropped them ,they said at about the hour and 20 min. mark. So sad. Love me some pizza and beer. Just saying.

45 minutes for a meatball and an Italian sandwich was a bit much. The meatball sandwich was dry with nowhere near enough sauce. The bread was overcooked. The Italian sandwich was okay but not great. Nothing special and we're going to call this one a one and done. Only giving them two stars because they were playing Fox News on the TV.
