I took off the mushrooms, green, peppers, and onions that came on it, asked to add jalapenos, and she looked really confused and then said it would be 25 more cents. So annoying. Place has gone downhill

I ordered the ultimate fries only to find a black hair in my food back in February. When I addressed the issue to the Supervisor Anita, she did not take responsibility and issue me an apology. I did get a remake of ultimate fries, but my experience altogether did not meet my expectations. I love Charley's but I expected better customer service. Try again.

I tried to eat there last night but when I was totally ignored. The supervisor, Anita, was cleaning a fryer and completely ignored my attempts to get her attention. I love Charleys but this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had IN MY LIFE.

In the world of cheesesteaks there is the classic cheesesteak (aka Philly cheesesteak, but not called this in Philly) which is hot and served with a variety of your choice of onions, mushrooms, peppers and type of cheese or even wiz. Then there is the "cheesesteak hoagie" which is like a regular cheesesteak but is finished off with cold stuff like mayo, lettuce, tomato, etc. These two examples are universally known. Here at Charley's they have what they call the "steak Philly cheesesteak" first thing on the menu which is confusing because it is actually a cheesesteak hoagie that comes with everything so in my case I had to tell them to take most of it off to make it a traditional cheesesteak which they didnt get it right. Other than that the staff was extremely friendly and being in a food court in the exchange on Nellis it was very clean. The quality and taste of the food was descent just would have like to have gotten what I wanted / ordered.

New Kentucky Bourbon Cheesesteak was pretty good! Thought it was gonna be the same thing just more expensive, as pero usual. But no it actually surprised me. And pairing it with the Ultimate fries, just a wombo combo.I have to say what I love particularly about this location is that they carry the delicious Tabasco Chipotle sauce ? to die for ?.

was at Nellis for some business and was getting hangry... The food court was packed (Red flag plus normal lunch time crowds). I'm generally a fan of cheesesteaks and while this outlet doesn't have a world class sandwich, they're usually decent. Braved the crowds and ordered a large traditional combo (fries were meh) but the whole ordering to serving time took maybe three minutes! Man that grill was rocking. Not a huge amount of meat and cheese, but with some onions and other veggies, satisfying. I'm usually a purist, just steak and cheese and fried onions, but sometimes some tomatoes and peppers work too. My steak was greasy, hot and satisfying and certainly filled the void of my stomach. Apologies to my doctor for falling off the healthy food wagon once in awhile... couldn't resist. No pictures, sorry!The food court also has a new chicken wing place (probably not for me) and a Turkish grill that serves gyros etc. Been there, just ok
I've come here for years and you always get an excellent sandwich whatever you order. My favorite is the Chicken Philly, but the Chicken California and the Chicken Buffalo come in very close. I normally request mayo, lettuce, and tomato along with jalapeños to spice up the sandwiches. All orders are made to order so be clear on what you want in your orders.

I had a $5 reward that I wanted to apply to my order. I work in the mall & by ordering on the app, I don't waste my entire lunch break walking up to the food court, waiting in a forever long line, then taking another 5-10 minutes for order to be ready. When the reward didn't apply, I went to the store & showed the rep my online receipt, my $5 off QR code & told her it was the second time it happened. I asked if she could return it in store & ring me up a second time using my coupon or maybe issue a gift card for the $5. She wasn't sure so she got her supervisor, she also said she was not sure & she'd call her manager. She stepped in the back for a few minutes & came back & said her manager said there is nothing they can do. Lost a loyal customer that ate there at least once a week due to the convenience of the app.
