The cashiers are RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. They talk over you when you try to order and then never get it right. I stopped coming because of that. However, today I thought after months of not coming I would try..HUGE Mistake. I tried to order Steak, they were out… out at noon?? I was never told they were out of Noodles. WHAT THE HECK. The star of this food is the FREAKING NOODLES.. not until I say the huge plate of rice..and I asked where is the noodle was I informed. The response ..they never know how busy they will be and they won’t get food until Monday. UNACCEPTABLE.. their grill was broken for the longest time.. so they had steamed. Vegetables.. REALLY I am calling the Base to see who oversees them.. Very poorly run.. sadly I am going to stop coming.. maybe 1 person won’t matter but I am one person who buys 7 plates at one time.. thats $70 every time.. maybe they feel it one multiple people stop going.

Food is good and ate there at least every week but going to avoid this place/location. They cut your receipt and only give you the order number and what you ordered but they keep the rest of the receipt. I asked for a reprint because I had to have what card I used and the date and total for reimbursement and the cashier was very rude about it. So I asked for a manager and she refused to reprint at all. Like it's not hard to do that for a customer that needs the receipt. But nope! So I told them that they can give me a refund then. So not only did they lose out on a sale and a customer but wasted food too. That's on you and is your fault for having such crap attitudes and stealing people receipts with info on it and refuse to reprint the receipt. Avoid poor customer service and just eat at the many other options that are there.

The food is always good and made quickly. The only issue I have with the place is service. The cashiers tend to be very rude and stubborn when you try to clarify or correct an order. There was a day my order was incorrect multiple times because the cashier argued with me when my mother respectfully brought to her attention that what she rang in for us to pay was not what we had ordered.

The overall look of this place is just plain DIRTY! The plates weren't fully cleaned nor the utensils. Many of the "clean" plates had food still attached to it and so did the utensils. The food was horrible. Bland and not worth the 20 something dollars per person. Never again would I eat there. Food disgusting, cleanliness not important and not a lot of variety or food for the amount of people that go there. I'd rather go to Carl's Jr which we did after we left there. So don't waste your time.

28JAN2023 visit around 5:00 P.M.[Review #10 of 2023]The food was ok. Nothing to go out of your way for unless you're at Nellis AFB and really hungry. My daughters picked their go to which is Teriyaki Chicken but this one failed to hit the spot. My wife ordered chicken dumplings and after we placed out order we were told there was a 4 minute wait, which was closer to ten. She stated that those were really good so definitely a hit item. The service was slow for a military food court especially considering that the active duty personnel are on the go. The workers were working sluggish as well. Unsure if they were just ready to close up for the end of the day or if that's the vibe of how they are all day.Verdict, will most likely skip this place going forward. My children ate part of the food, which ended up being taken home.

Located inside the Nellis AFB Base Exchange food court, this is a popular hot spot. It is always busy here during lunch time. My favorite is the Chicken and Shrimp with teriyaki sauce. It normally comes with steamed rice and mixed vegetables. You can have noodles with it as a substitute. Chicken and shrimp ate thoroughly cooked. I definitely recommend this establishment.
I love teriyaki, and this was literally the worst I've ever had. The only redeeming feature was the fact that the food was hot, but it had literally no flavor whatsoever. Wish we had gone elsewhere in the food court or better yet.... saved our money!

A bit of fair warning to anybody banking on the teriyaki.. only order if it’s the older gentleman cooking and serving the meat, as the lady chef dishes out some the most horrendously small portions. I don’t know if she owns the place or whatever but it’s just insulting to be served that when she loads the box to the brim with rice and veggies, as if you won’t notice. I’ve had it. I’m done.

Actually pretty pleased with my experience here. They give plenty of chicken and shrimp for the combo. Big portion! The terriyaki chicken is actually pretty good! Comes with vegetables too and extra sauce if you want!
