Ok I went through the driveway on Thursday afternoon, April 11th so I did not step inside. I only wanted two apple turnovers. I was then informed at the drive through they are making them fresh and if I could pull around to the front and they will bring them out. I sat in my car and waited. It seemed like a little while and then the young man from the drive through, with his headset still on came out to my car to apologize for the wait and explained he thought they were almost done but the ‘beep’ meant to turn them over so they are coming out but he offered me a sandwich just for waiting. I was so impressed with this young man. He explained what was taking so long and his gesture of thanking me for waiting was unexpected but I was thankful. This young man can teach others about great customer service. Thank you!

So tonight, my brother and I went through the drive thru, we had to wait for our food, no big deal, cause it was super fresh!! We got home and oops someone forgot to bag a sandwich!! It's cool, I gave them a call and Miss Klan answered and offered not only a fresh sandwich but also extra fries;I asked maybe another roast beef instead; sure was her answer and I told her give me 15 minutes to get back to the location!! I got there and all of the crew (Keana, Fernando and Alex-the cook) greeted me and apologized!! They went above and beyond and even gave me a free small coke!! You guys are a great crew and for hot fresh Arby's hit this location!! Have a great night!!

This place is trash. Long waits for the wrong food consistently. Additionally the kids they hire have no idea how to count... make sure you get correct change if you give them real money.
UPDATE< Manager called me to make it right. Will give this store another shot.I went to the drive-thru. I placed an order for a chicken sandwich combo. I was asked to pull to the front of the store so they could finish my order. I waited 30 minutes, no one came out to deliver my food. I went inside and the manager was really nice and respectful. He put my order together quickly, give me a free dessert for my wait. Which I thought was amazing! I left the store. Upon enjoying my meal, I realized that my chicken was raw in the middle. The french fries tasted like they were fried in old oil. Arby's, please do better!

Arby's food is terrific, but this location (Aliante & 215) is very badly managed. I've had numerous issues with order accuracy and really poor customer service.
I called and stated that they put pickles on my burger because I ordered my burger without pickles when I get to my destination, I called to inform them that they put pickles on there and she said she remembered that they did not put pickles on it as if I was lying and they were just so
