I'm not one to complain I work in a restaurant and I know it's hard, but this time the wings were super dry and hard, they miss an entree on my Togo order and took some extra time, I can excuse the tardiness because I know how busy it can get tho

This is 5 minutes from my house and this place always has issues with service. I ordered take out because it’s 2 for 1 Tuesday for take out . I get here and they tell me they way behind because they don’t have enough cooks. This place is half full and they’re tellinge everybody it’s 1.5 hours for food. BWW as a corporation should shut this location down. Always issues. Th next one is 20 minutes from my house. I should be able to go to any Buffalo Wild wings. But I guess not. The waiters are now telling people not to order food because they have no idea when it will come out

We came in today 03/26 during the free 6 wings event and it was crazy busy and chaotic but our server Josie did not let that affect our time there. She was so good and nice and polite! Informed us there was a wait but was very patient. We need more servers like this during busy times!! Thank you Josie!
Walked in to dine in at 1040pm. Four different servers just walked past us avoiding eye contact and a lady from to fo counter yelled no more dine in.

Bartenders are the best thing about this place. I would not come back if it wasn't for them. The Mens restroom is the worst I have ever seen. Nasty, filthy and completely disgusting everytime I go in there.
