I came a few nights ago to order food through the drive thru. I waited there for 15 minutes without anyone asking for my order (this was 9:30pm) after 15 min passed I pulled up to the window and there was a lady who just looked at me and went back to doing whatever she was doing which looked like nothing to me. Unacceptable behavior.

What made our restaurant experience memorable was not so much the meal ( sure it was tasty and “ hit the spot “ ) but the people who made it and served it !People make a business work , especially for “ repeat “ customers and you never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression …Evelyn , Daniel , Julian and the Manager Ligy made our “ Carls Jnr “ experience great ! They were attentive , pleasant and simply “ nice” to us and brought our meal to our table with genuine respect and kindness . This doesn’t happen often enough .Thank you all for this it was appreciated and duly noted .

Arrived at 1055 knowing full well in Vegas if the restaurant isn't 24hrs expect them to close at least 10 mins before closing time. Just change the hours to 10

This is the third time i have been here i like Carl's jr. But this one is garbage to put it mildly the 3 times ive been there hated it my fries where refired the oil aftertast disgusting chemical aftertaste bad that means there oil is really old/ bad almost has a taste like plastic would taste like do not recommend ✌?
