Well our sodas came out super watery after the drive thru so we went back in to investigate. After testing root beer, coke, sprite, Dr pepper, and diet coke, only the latter 2 had any amount of satisfactory flavoring syrup. So I asked the employees to come refill the syrup but they wouldn't do it claiming it was fine. To add to that they got our order wrong. We left in a car full of unhappy children.I give this location 1 star-shaped chicken nugget. I'd give 0 if I could.

Food is always hot and fresh, love zucchini and the new caramel shake fabulous.Employees welcoming and polite, willing to help with the order, place is clean with nice atmosphere.Vegetarian options: Any burgers can made low carb style and zucchini are the best.
Super disappointed was craving a spicy chicken sandwich and got the most pathetic sandwich. I didn’t know Carl’s served such a sad sandwich. The girl working the drive through was very nice though. But nice people don’t make bad food better.

Drive through crew advised you can only use one coupon per customer despite having two customers in the vehicle. I asked why did they mail a bunch of coupons to my house if they didn’t want us to bring our business there. Carls Jr saved maybe a dollar by not allowing us to use a French fry coupon with a hamburger coupon but they lost us for life as customers and everyone I know in Las Vegas including a very large veterans community. I’ll give a speech next month to thousands of veterans and tell them about how Carls Jr staff doesn’t want customers to use their coupons two at a time. The good news is we drove a few blocks down to Jack in the Box and they gladly excepted more than one coupon. Carls Jr glad you save a few quarters today and lost customers for life because we’re going to Jack in the Box from now on. Don’t mail out anymore coupons it’s a waste of time and money and you seem to count pennies.
