My first time I try the food here. I love its fried shrimp rolls and lettuce wrap with chicken. Crab fried rice is also yummy. The service there's also friendly. Atmosphere inside the restaurant's mainly for take out.

So i purcharsed cashew chicken plate w/ shrimp, it cost 11.95$ + 4 extra for the shrimp.. i paid 15.95$ for a small tray, I thought i was gonna get a white tray like the ones were they give you the chowmein noodles... i counted only 4 shrimps in the tray with alittle pieces of chicken, not even enough vegetables, lots of cashews only.. all plates were pricey w not enough food in it, also I bought the ck chowmein noodles and i got mostly noodles, no vegetables w/ few pieces of chicken.. I don't recommend this place.. sorry not sorry

Their service is always on point. I've ordered here so many times and everything has been packed with flavor. My favorite has been drunken noodle and chow mein. Everyone is kind and polite. They have very fast service pack their food up. Price is right for their serving size!

I would definitely eat here again. My Singapore Rice Noodles were delicious, as well as my egg rolls. The guy at the counter were really pleasant.
Do you like bell peppers in sauce? This is the place for you!! Food used to be great,but apparently the owner retired and the person in charge is changing things for the worse. Waited almost an hour for my carry out to discover my noodle dish was mostly bell peppers with a few noodles. I called to complain and the owner yelled at me and told me to send a picture, I did and when I called back he said he could see some noodles and I got what I paid for.

The food was terrible the fried ribs and chicken wings were so dry and burnt you couldn't eat them, we gave them too our dog and he wouldn't eat them the chop suey was soggy/mushy the FOOD WAS NASTY AND TERRIBLE. WE WONT WASTE ANOTER 70 BUCKS AT CHAI THAI. YES WE SPENT $$70.00 ON THIS NASTY BURNT OVER COOKED UNFAVORABLE FOOD

My food was made incorrectly and i was told i had to bring food from 8pm the previous day back in order for them to remake my order…my fried rice was supposed to be spicy he said the spice comes on the side i was not told that and there was no spicy sauce on the side i also ordered the chicken pad thai no spice and it was very spicy he said no spice was added but it clearly was and i cant have spicy food…i asked for a remake or a refund and was denied unless i brought my entire eal back…will never go again customer service was horrible and i do not recommend

My bf and I love chicken pad thai, we would order it all the time back home in Phx, AZ. And before we found chai tips we were on a hunt to find a place just like the one in phx and I would say chai tips is a winner, even better to be honest. If you plan to order the chicken pad Thai just be careful with the spiciness I usually order it at a #3 which is barely spicy if you want like a mildness I suggest ordering it at a #4 if you order beyond that all I'm saying is you're crazy lol. Overall, great customer service and rarely have to wait a long time to get it. It's a small place so we don't eat in but when walking in to pick up it looks really clean. 10/10

A MUST TRY FAVORITES: #1 Large Tom Yum Shrimp (ordered with large steam rice, spices on the side optional), Pad see ew (PatZU) beef or shrimp, Pad Thai chicken, combination fried rice... I'm still exploring the menu lol Also, the prices are very reasonable and affordable. I've always wanted to find a convenient location to order takeout without jeopardizing that iauthentic and good. I always keeping this quote in mind "don't judge the book by it's cover" oh yes, it has taken me to wonderful hidden gems indeed.Here I was seeking on Yelp for the next Thai food adventure! And found this little spot.It was a pleasant surprise to know they have amazing authentic quality Thai food.I truly appreciate the humble atmosphere and the warm welcoming you get from everyone. The little Thai granny looking back at you smiling from the kitchen absolutely warms my heart as I watched them create the deliciousness. Everyone is always so friendly, helpful and very courteous...makes me feel very welcomed specially from Ice.
