Never been to a worse chick fil a, dine in, empty restaurant, wait time 45+ mins, 20 employees clueless… Finished my meal, ordered some more for takeout, again, they forgot about me lol, literally waiting for employees to finish talking to each other and get off their phones, maybe in an hour or so someone will remember I placed an order…

Food is always exceptional, Chic-Fil-A is always my go to choice if I want quality, freshness, and slightly healthier options.Came into the restaurant the first time, not too bad! Atmosphere was nice and not rowdy, relaxing. Cashier in the front wasn’t too fun to be around though. Ashley (cashier) was NOT happy to be here, she was emotionless. I also asked her a question about the food and she looked at me like I’m stupid. Didnt thank me or say “my pleasure” after taking my order.Otherwise, all else was decent!Came in on 3/2/24 at 3:59.

5 stars specifically for Valerie who helped me multiple times with things I needed or the missing item in my order! She was so sweet and kind about helping. I normally wouldn’t ask but it was just me with my baby so I couldn’t leave him to go to the counter. I wish I had some cash to tip her! Hopefully this review finds her or her manager. Thanks Valerie!

This is what my "Large" fry looked like. Disappointed. They also forgot my drinks and then when they gave me a drinks it was missing one. Normally i have no issues with this place but the last visit was disappointing.

The crew working the register wouldn’t refill anyone’s drink and kept walking past me. When I asked the young man said you’ll have to wait we’re busy. Just rude I wouldn’t recommend.

Garbage service Went to chick fil a at around 10am February 14th before work, waited in long drive through line but I was okay with it because it was moving along. Little did I know the line was only moving because they were parking literally EVERY SINGLE CAR! I wasted my own money as I left the line as soon as I could. I will only return to get my money back and I'll never be back to this location that doesn't value it's customers !

I did not feel like waiting in the drive thru today so I placed an order online for pick up. After I paid I simply had to press the "I'm here" button once I arrived at the location, and they began preparing my order. It said my food would be ready in 3-5 minutes. I walked in and quickly was handed my food. I ordered two strawberry shakes but there was a bit of a delay receiving them because they were adjusting the machine. I waited maybe five additional minutes to get my shakes and when Chris Lee finally brought them out to me he also provided a brownie and cookie to my daughter and I for the inconvenience. I thought that was a great gesture. Thank you Chris!

We ordered 4 sandwiches, 4 fries, and 4 drinks through the drive through. Got home and was missing a sandwich. Called the number to let them know and it took 20 minutes to finally speak with someone who told me that a coupon for the sandwich will be in my email within two business days. That doesn't work if we are hungry now. It's already bad enough that I have to drive back over there to get the sandwich, but to make me pay for it again because I don't have the coupon yet is absolutely ridiculous! Will be a long while before I go back to Chick fil A.

We come here frequently. The food is always cooked to perfection and they rarely mess up your order. It is surprisingly fast, even if you see a long line. Service is always friendly.

Hi there! I love chick fill a! But it’s my first time coming to this specific store, and I’m sad to say the worst experience! They don’t know how to take orders plus the customer service is poor. They don’t apologize or say anything regarding the lack of service. Chick fill a was supposed to be the place where customer service was excellent, well I guess it’s not anymore :(
