I prefer custard ice cream instead of Italian ice I just wish there were more flavors to choose from but it's still good.

FIRST & LAST TIME HERE!I’ll explain why,My son and I arrived around 8:45pm and waited in line. As I got to the front of the line the employee skipped right over me and started taking the next person in line. (He was the only person taking orders so how does he not know he hasn’t taken my order yet?) As I stood there staring at him I said “excuse you, I was next!” His response was “oh, well let me take her order first!”My response “well I was first, and skipped so my order should be taken first”The customer behind me says “well I didn’t know you haven’t ordered!”My response “how would you not know when I’m standing right in front of you and I was skipped!”The employee ends up taking my order and ruins it.I ordered:1 pineapple dole whip floatand 1 Captain America on a m&m cone with gummy wormsI paid for my items at 9:07pm and leftAs I got home I gave the items to my husband and son who both were unhappy. They seem to go to this place all the time together. My husband stated that there was little to no pineapple in his cup and it was all just ice creamAnd my son barely got a little bit of ice cream and little to no worms.I ended up calling the store and speaking with “Payton” who claimed to be the manager and he said “well, people get skipped in line all the time, it just happens”And “the 2 people we have working tonight have only been here 2 weeks, that’s the longest we’ve ever had people stay here”I mentioned that maybe they should train their employees to ask “hi, have you been helped yet?” And as a company you should train your employees to make the items the same way every time because there’s no consistency And his response was “each employee just makes the items however they want”It’s the excuses … and no accountability.I stated I wanted my money back and he said it was up to the owner. So I left my phone number and I’m waiting for the “owner” to call me with whatever solution they come up with.I definitely won’t be returning, I hope they get it together at some point because bragging they won best ice cream shop in 2012 is probably why they haven’t won since.

Couldn’t tell you about their ice cream, experience, etc. We waited, watched other customers attempt to go in and doors locked. Not open at the on line hours listed, no answer when you call, and no note on the door??

Rainy days call for .. ice cream? We were in the mood for ice cream & immediately CJ's came to mind. I used to frequent CJ's weekly w/ my friend group & am obsessed w/ their ice cream selection & overall aesthetic. Pink, black & a life size skeleton? Yes plsss. Today I ordered the spicy sandia which consists of Dole whip, chamoy & tajin topped w/ watermelon sour patches, a tamarindo candy straw & a frozen strawberry. What more can you ask for? Everyone else got more indulgent chocolatey Oreo-y varieties & we all left happy. Ice cream craving satisfied!

CJ's Italian Ice & Custard is frozen treat type of place. They offer frozen custard, Italian style ice, concretes, sundaes, charango, bobalicious, spicy whips, seasonal, dipped cones, and many other things. If you are familiar with Rita's Italian Ice and Custard.....It's kinda like that but with steroids. This is a small shop with a few tables inside. Outside is a community patio at the North Las Vegas location. I tried a small tangerine with vanilla custard gelati....It tasted exactly like from Rita's.....(We both enjoy the custards more than the Italian Ice because we are originally from the Philly area where they had real Italian Ice all over) Still it's a tasty treat. My husband tried a small rootbeer gelati with chocolate custard. The custard is very good and the rootbeer ice is ok. I'll probably be coming here now and then because this is one of the only ice dessert places around.

Overdue review, but that's ok because the Italian ice here made a lasting impression. I visited this shop for the first time towards the end of May. I was in town with friends for a music festival, so we decided to come here in the scorching heat to pick up some cold treats to cool off. We ordered a mango Italian ice with vanilla custard and a peach Italian ice by itself. The girl who helped us out with our order was very friendly and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my mango ice w/ custard. It wasn't overly sweet and syrupy like other Italian ice chains I've tried. It was great. I also had a taste test of the peach and it was also great! Will be coming back whenever I'm in the area. I could honestly say that this would be my top fav for Italian ice.

Oh, my God, this ice cream place in Las Vegas is one of the best! It’s not just their custard, but all the different combinations they can make, plus with the personality. They are so funny. If you follow them on Instagram, you know what I’m talking about! Place is really cute and they do sell merchandise! Read the signs. I wish I could go here in Vegas everyday.

Finally figured out there's one by our house! So much stuff in there we wanted to try. All the ones we tried were so good! Service was awesome! Ambiance was cool! Even had a spot inside decorated for Halloween for a photo op! There's tables set up outside which was nice but we waited until we got home to eat our yummies! We'll def be back!

I love CJs!!! The Aliante location is amazing! The staff there always help my indecisive self choose a delicious flavor. I have not been recommended something I haven't liked!!! In the most recent trips, we got Strawberry Cheesecake Crumble Custard and the KitKat flavor! Both were soooo delicious. My boyfriend got the Pumpkin Pie and Caramel flavor last time. 10/10 fall vibes. My mom got the Candy Apple and Caramel flavor and it was DELICIOUS the perfect blend of gelato and frozen custard. I had gotten the Apple Pie Custard and omg SO GOOD. Such quality ice cream and flavors. The Aliante location is currently decorated for fall and it is so cute in there! It's such a great local spot for those evenings that frozen custard or gelato are a craving after dinner!!

2 thumbs up !!!! The Cotton Candy dipped cone that I had was AWESOME!!! The dip part wasn't too sweet and the custard was so creamy!!!! My Sister and I are already thinking about going again this weekend!!!!! The service was really good, the ambiance was fun, but the bench I sat on was a little hard, maybe next time I will bring a cushion to sit on. Otherwise, I recommend this place for everyone!!!!
