Very good service and food. I wanted to try something new and pancake tacos were a nice change. We go here often and are never disappointed in service or quality. Always fun to look in the store.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They need to shut this place down. The food they serve here is a joke. I have been to some pretty bad places but this place has to be the worst in vegas so far.YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED. The only good reviews must come from employees and thier family tying to prop this place up. Don't be fooled. The pictures might look good to you but wait till you eat it. Disgusting.PURE GARBAGE! Don't waste your money this place is one of the worst in vegas. The food is garbage. Potatoes solid as rock. Gravy so thick stays on the spoon. Manager so old and senial can't tell the difference between rock solid potatoes and soft. Manager just walks around clueless you can tell not much going on upstairs with this guy after you talk to him. Most likely you will get sick eating at this place. So many options in vegas why waste time and money eating here? I had to learn the hard way so I am writing this review to hopefully save you the lost time and money I had to go through. As a disabled veteran I hope I can save all my other veterans out there from having a horrible experience with this place. You can see only good reviews were months ago and wow has this place gone downhill. This is one of those places corporate forgot about and now is just spiraling out of control. Someone needs to take charge and fix this place. What a horrible experience to put customers through.SAVE YOURSELF THE DISSAPOINTMENT!

I recently visited Cracker Barrel for the first time, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. Josh, our server, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable. From the moment we sat down, Josh was attentive and friendly. He promptly refilled our drinks, and those warm, flaky biscuits he brought to our table were simply delightful. His genuine care and attention made our meal even more enjoyable. In my years of dining out, I can confidently say that Josh provided the best service I’ve ever received. His professionalism, warmth, and dedication truly set him apart.Thank you, Josh, for making our visit to Cracker Barrel exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning, and I hope to have you as my server again!

Our server, Josh, was a terrible waiter. He was not attentive. When we ordered, I asked for the salsa on the side. Never received it. My MIL ordered a meal with bisquits and gravy and had to ask for it. Josh told us he usually doesn't bring it because no one eats it.. My husband never got his, wasn't even asked. BUT WE WERE CHARGED FOR IT! We found out why it's rarely eaten. It was bland. No flavor. Maybe most of the food here is made for elderly(?). Came by once to see how things were going. I waited for him to come by to ask him for a refill on my drink. He ignored us! By the time he came by again, we were done with our meal, and all he asked was if we were ready for the check.I told my MIL not to give him a tip. He didn't deserve one!If you don't enjoy your job, find a new one. But don't give dirty looks to customers and assume things of them when your job is to serve! Yeah, I saw him giving us dirty looks! We tried being cordial, but his attitude was bad enough that we just ignored him after that. Do better, Josh.

I posted and sent Gmail about the keeping of the breakfast meats..but was not contacted and it had not changed..Yesterday was the worst food/worst service/and the restaurant. We asked for two sweetteas and 1 lemon water...the lemon. For water was brought after 4 request. We had one lady take order , and another serve food..we had no bisquets, no butter for grits/frozen butter on Frenchtoast. By the time we got any butter & syrup, grits and .Frenchtoast was cold.My husband's eggs were to be over easy..we got unturned eggs.with yellow yolk was hard. When we asked for a papercup for tea to go, we got 1 only, and a remark about not bringing hungry. I told her straight up the food was terrible and she blamed it on not having her own tablet? And she started complaining about the store not having enough for every server...What's happen to your place? Our last two visits have been nothing less than a low class resurant not communicating.I was insulted yesterday by your host, making a joke about my handi cap.. I was in tears, but stayed as we were hungry and liked your place. We wrote off the previous week as a.fluke.It was not, and your manager on the floor had no idea was he was doing...he was waving arms. And accomplished nothing...cold food, wrong food to wrong tables...not watching food come out. We could not get spoons to eat grits. BroughtOut tea spoons? They were already hard.we asked for fresh, and lady walked off..said we. Would have to address it with our own waitress.We. Did not address with floor manager, and my husband had mentioned some spilled water on floor and his reply was its not. Slippery, well get to it.We are.going to skip your place and look at it needing better customer service and foodd quality control. You have a front end manager that has better skills than the man who you have running resurant.Thank you for our past times...we will miss the store.Connie & rob

What a wonderful experience in Vegas. Certainly my favorite the whole weekend. From yummy easy over eggs to medium well fried stake at a price that won't break the bank. Well done Cracker Barrel. An update a year later. Food was great portions were never an issue and staff were friendly.

Staff was very friendly. The restaurant was nice. But I don't think they season a lot of the food. The fried chicken was good. The biscuits and gravy was very disappointing. They use the same gravy from the country fried steak and while it's decent on that.. it is not good for biscuits n gravy
