You would think if your drive thru was close during the middle of the day you would be considerate enough to physically close it off. Signs, tape - “Anything at all”. Not terrible friendly. Worst of all we sat for 5-6 with no one addressing us through the speaker to have us move on and come it. Experience sucked.
Employee helped my sister and I with choices and she explained how to order the bowl also what type of meats they had. It was our first time and because of her awesome customer service she made a great impression for this company and gained a couple more customers. The food was sooo delicious like I'm going back again and so is my sister thank you for being awesome with customer service!!!

The food was pretty good but the service was amazing! The girl working the counter at the Craig location was super friendly and explained everything since it was my first time in..... she even had them make fresh mandoo without me even asking. She was great and i would definitely go back just for the service! 3/15/24 around 8 o'clock was the night I went in.
