I've been this location many times and always received okay service but this last time ? I received exceptional service from the lady working drive through. (I didn't her her name light brown shoulder length hair, assuming white, about 5'1) She truly deserves a better job. From the tone and expression to how considerate she was 5 stars all around.

Worst!! Do not waste your money!! got spicy chicken burrito!! No chicken in it. Sloppy nasty burrito just filled with beans and cheese. No spice. Fry very old and all lump and soggy. How is this place still open??

Do NOT buy from these people. I'm convinced they're deliberately trolling their customers because no one can possibly be this incompetent. They seem to take pleasure in their horrible service.Due to the fact that they're conveniently located near us, we gave them way too many chances. No more. We'll never return. We're ordering from another location now.They will take your order and then fulfill less than half of it. If you try to complain, they'll tell you you have to go back through the drive thru. Or, if you order it online, they'll send a fraction of what you ordered and then blame the driver for eating it when that's obviously not true (we always generously tip delivery).When you ask them to simply make the food you ordered they will outright refuse without apology and then send you to an online complaint form they know does not work.They can do all this because they're in a high traffic area with many customers they know are not local and therefore wouldn't be repeat customers anyway.The franchisee needs to get his contract cancelled.

NEVER eat at this Del Taco. I'm not even kidding. I'm not even sure why I keep coming back.Today I ordered food for delivery, 99% of my order was missing, which is not uncommon with this Del Taco, it's so common it feels like they do it on purpose, and I should have known better than to order it for delivery. I tried the app to get a refund, no dice, that page doesn't load, so I called the store, they refused to help, and blamed it on the delivery person, claiming they must have stolen my order, despite the fact that 99% of my order being missing, even when I pick it up myself isn't an uncommon problem at this location. They couldn't even be bothered to offer an apology.Seriously if this happens to you, call corporate, I can't be the only person experiencing this problem at this location, and they really need to find a way to rectify this issue.
