Every time we go this Denny’s before, we never had great experience, so we didn’t go for a long time. But we decided to go back today and gave it another shot. I was pleasantly surprised. New General Manager Kristine. She definitely made a big difference on this Denny’s Location on North 5th St. & Deer Springs Way. Service was really good. Our food was actually made right and the GM Kristine was actually checking on everyone making sure that everyone was okay and doesn’t have any issue/issues whatsoever. We’ll definitely be back again soon.

Our "server" was Alex. We sat st the counter for breakfast. We were promptly greeted by him when we sat. I couldn't really understand what he was saying since he wears a mouth cover. (Not a face mask, but something else). He takes our drink order and he's moving a mile a minute. When we get our drinks he sets them, not in front of us (as if he's really serving us), but rather at the edge of the counter. The drink cups (coffee and water) are half way full, btw... I didn't ask for cream so he didn't need to leave the cup half full. So I asked him for more coffee. Although he said "absolutely " he just brought a small kettle and set it at the edge of the count, then rushes away. I appreciate his urgency, but he's not efficient, my order was not made as requested either, therefore I say that he is moving to fast...which in turn he's not providing good service in addition making several mistakes with both of our order meals. He admitted it was his mistake, but thats my point,those mistakes could have been avoided if he would slow down. I don't understand why he would even expect a gratuity. I recommend that he slows down to do his job better. We don't plan on returning.

This is a very clean and nice Denny's.The service is super, thanks to Edgardo who takes good care of his customers.The interior is nice, has cosy booths and is typicaly "Denny's".They even have outlets with USB for charging devices. ?

Outside of the GM, no single staff person we encountered smiled... at all.The food and coffee were some of the best I've ever had at a Denny's nationwide. The pancakes were huge! Thank you for actually providing good value!Back to service... the speed of receiving our food after ordering was the fastest I think I've ever had at any Denny's! Most impressive! Shame that our server never came back to check on our table, didn't take our empty plates away when passing by TWICE (another server took them away instead), and he had to be flagged down to get us more coffee, again after passing by is TWICE without so much as a word asking how our meal was.

Bad service since the person in charge of the tables arrived, sitting talking to another employee. I didn't bring cutlery to my table. The spoon for my coffee was dirty and the coffee cup still had lipstick. I brought the pancakes and it took me a while to bring the cutlery. I had to ask him for one. spoon for my coffee and I took it dirty with something stuck on the spoon, very bad service, I had to give them a Star to be able to give my opinion but for my part I would not give them any.

We wanted to have breakfast with my daughter. We got sat down within 2 minutes which was great. It was closed to 15 minutes and no one had came over to take our drink order or even check on us. We finally decided to just leave. Letting the manager know no one had came to take a order. Very bad service.

This was a race morning visit to denny's! And it was dank! I got the French toast on the round bread and it was really good! so are the eggs with cheese! However the waiter he was a little slow. More than a little slow I had refills etc but my biggest pet peeve that a diner or restaurant is waiting on the ticket. I was done he walked by multiple times and never dropped off the ticket my dishes had been cleaned up I have my backpack sitting on my lap and getting up to walk away and he finally notices to give me my ticket I was just going to go pay without it. That's super annoying and I still tipped him well
