After a night of drinking in my younger days, it somehow became a tradition for me to chow down on carne asada fries in my drunken state at 3am in the morning. Today, for the first time, I tried these fries in a sober state at 9am, and it was a deliciously fresh fried potato over chopped beef steak and the usual taco toppings with a helping serving of shredded cheese on top. I don't frequent Mexican restaurants enough to know if paying close to $15 by today's standard is reasonably priced, but all I can say is it was pure deliciousness!

I was very impressed by how good the food is. I received very fast and friendly service and would recommend giving them a try! Prices are reasonable- I ordered food for 3 adults and it cost $34!

The lady refused to tell me how much my food order was in English because I didn’t understand what she was saying to me in Spanish. . She told me she doesn’t speak English , smiled and then shut the drive through door in my face, when I told her I’m speaking in English so I don’t speak Spanish. I would like to pay for my order and leave. while I waited for my order and to pay she kept me waiting at the window without another word. I didn’t appreciate the customer service I received today after trying to give them my business regardless of the language barrier . I told her it wasn’t necessary to treat me so rudely because I didn’t speak Spanish and I didn’t appreciate the service she was giving me. The woman tried to tell me she was the manager when I knew for a fact she could not have been with the customer service that she provided to me today. I ended up, leaving without my food and without paying for my food because she never returned to the window. And just kept me waiting. At that point I wasn’t sure if they were evening making my order. I never been treated so badly here at this location until her. I wouldn’t have given the service a star if it was an option. It’s not my fault I wasn’t raised in a Spanish home to speak the language. I like mexican food and I come here a lot but I don’t like being treated so poorly for not speaking the language.

I initially went to Robertos, but the wait time and line was forever!! So I went to Don Tortaco since I wanted to give them a try. The Carne Asada burrito is a bit cheaper than Roberto's and was good. Food didn't feel oily, no upset stomach in the morning and stinky farts like Roberto's. Will be coming back.
This Don Tortaco is open 24 hours and the drive-thru is big enough for a F450. They are ALWAYS here and they don’t have mysterious machine malfunctions. Their staff is the best. My food is always right and they treat me like I am a star!Parking: No end to the parking lot. The stalls are big enough for trucks.
I called about a concern I had about my foodThe lady that answered the phone( Guadalupe)Was very rude on the phone and started getting aggressive and even hanged up on ME !!!!I hope someone higher in her position can reach out I would love to talk to someone with MORE PROFESSIONAL!!!

I went here for 2 chicken enchiladas and the menu say for 2 chicken enchiladas it is $8.20 but they really tried to charge me $18 for 2 enchiladas no beans no rice no drink just 2 enchiladas…. I don’t know if they are taxing the customers to fill their pockets or what is going on but pay attention to what the prices are and what they are charging you because that’s absurd! Never going back there and with those prices or what the employees are doing they will most likely go out of business soon.
