They were rude to me when I went back in to get my order corrected. They messed up two of my bagels with the wrong spread. When I went back in, they said it was my fault and I ordered the wrong thing even though my receipt shows otherwise. They were then out of the bagels we wanted after the mess up. I get that mess ups happen and even if they run out of something to correct the order however, they just said sorry and there’s nothing they could do. They wouldn’t give me anything else or refund me for the two bagels I didn’t get. Please just work on your customer service here.

Latte tasted like cream and water the first two sips, by the third it tasted like 2 month old spoils milk. Croissant was doughy on some parts but toasted on others and the egg had an almost rubbery

Love the breakfast, simple and delicious. Try the snackin' bacon it's the whole reason I am usually there. Refreshers are really good too, prices not bad at all.

We used to live near the DD on Silverado and their coffee was always a hit or miss. Some days were good, some days tasted like burnt coffee. This specific location has not failed us yet and we have been going in person and ordering on door dash Atleast 2x a week, minimum. Their coffee taste the same every single time. The staff here is also a lot more friendlier than the other locations we have been to. They also give you a coupon if the donut you want isn't there, you can bring it back for another free donut. The food is the other thing. It's always hot and actually looks like it's as handled with love lol it is safe to say, this location is our favorite.

I came to grab some quick breakfast this morning and I ordered the avocado toast, which doesn't use real avocado, hash browns that were burnt. This is the second time I come here and Ive come to the conclusion the food is just not good.

Wow! Very very very disappointed Dunkin! What the heck are you doing? Since when is it ok to sell a product that is touted as fresh but is so stale it seems like a week or more old! We went to grab an after dinner treat for the family.... Got home.... and found the munchkins to be so dried out... hard... stale... and completely inedible. So very disappointing... America's favorite.... I highly doubt it! Definitely not my fav minus 10 would not recommend.... Just watch the videos you will see how hard and inedible these are! Do better Dunkin!

They had all the donuts we wanted! 10am. I tried their coffee for the first time and I like theirs more than Krispy Kreme's coffee. I compare coffees plain with nothing added. I don't know how to describe coffee in fancy words but it doesn't have a potent, sharp punch like KK's coffee that can be distracting for me. It's more smoother in flavor so I like it paired with the donuts better. Dunkin donuts to me taste less artificial so not overly sweet and more "homemade". They seem a little more plumper with dough so it feels a tiny bit more satisfying in my tum tum.Thanks Dunkin but most of all thanks to God for the sweet breakfast I had and shared this day.

I Love the powdered sugar raspberry jelly donuts!!!
I didn’t want anything super sweet, so I went with a breakfast sandwich from Dunkin’ Donuts…. First off, the drive-through line went super fast, and the customer service was extremely great.!!!! I must admit here in Vegas I have been getting extremely poor customer service lately, so I was extremely excited and pleased with the customer service I received this morning and the sandwich was on a nice warm, buttery croissant. The bacon was crisp I would have preferred the egg to be fried to order, but hey it’s Dunkin’ Donuts,what do you expect? Overall, I can’t complain. I will definitely come back and get this again.

This location sucks!!!!Stale donuts, the drones cannot even make a simple chocolate beverage. These common core drones cannot even read the ticket to make the order.I have tried to call the store about this, but they answer once and block the call.AFFLECK you should close this nasty chain of garbage filled things not fit for the wangs of china.PEOPLE SHOP AT DUTCH BROTHERS FOR GOOD COFFEE.PINK BOX MAKES THIS PLACE LOOK LIKE FOOLS.

Pre-ordered my iced Cocoa Mocha w/ Almondmilk, hash browns, & double chocolate donut through the app which was convenient. It was ready kinda close to the time I scheduled. The staff was decent at the drive thru when I picked it up but not super friendly but it was really early so can't really blame them. The only negative was they just forgot to give me a straw but luckily I have a stash of their rivals straws in my car so used one of those. The hash browns were soft & delicious. The double chocolate donut was messy but good! I enjoyed the iced cocoa mocha coffee the most!
