I had a decent experience here. The service was the best part and was pretty standard. I appreciate that. The coffee was a little watered down this day. I'm not sure if that was just because more ice was used, but it wasn't bad. It was kind of a dull overall feel, but that wasn't a big deal because it is a drive-through with a small walk-up window. I've been to better Dutch Bros, but this was an all-around okay visit.
The dude with the earrings and the detective hat gives AMAZING customer service. His scripting was perfect yet he made it personalized. Whoever you are, I bet your co workers and customers that you interact with here appreciate you!! Thank you for my aftershock with no ice:)
