Went there one time to eat inside. Workers have no personality. Tables were dirty. Ordered chips and there was about 4 chips in each bag. Went back to try and take out. The inside was closed so tried drive through. It was 915 and they almost had no food. Tried ordering the 12 piece family meal. They told me they only could do 4 piece breast. Waste of time.

Don't go to this specific store 1 hour or so from closing time. Workers are lazy and will claim everything you order has ran out just to run customers off so they can get paid to hang out. Drive through employee stated soon as I drove up they were out of salsa. I said that's fine and continued to order. Worker stated pretty much everything I ordered ran out.. then why did you only state salsa because they know that's a main thing people want with their food. Lazy people don't care about the customer or business and just want free pay checks..

I ordered 2 BRC burritos online and paid for extra cheese on both. I get to the restaurant 15 min later and my food wasn't done. I'm then told that they ran out of Jack cheese but could put some powdered cheese on them instead. WTF who pays extra for powdered cheese. I said no to the cheese and left upset. I was only offered a drink for the inconvenience instead of a refund and I declined the drink.

Zero Stars! Just a horrible experience. Waited very long in line to order. They looked low staff to man the register. Food was bad this location. Barely any chicken compared to other locations. One of our favorite sides, Mac & cheese, was so gross. Very bland and watery than usual. Never going back to this location and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Horrible wait times with this place always claiming it's 30 minute waits on chicken smh. You literally sitting in the drive thru forever waiting on someone to say something on the speaker .They need corporate to come check on this establishment!!!
i love pollo loco but lately this location they take 5-10mins to just take your order and it’s not even busy they just let the drive thru line get long for no reason!! & they just tell you to hold on & hold on instead of taking the order! its so frustrating!!!
