Tonight I was in the mood for comfort food so went for the roast beef dinner with all the trimmings - mashed potatoes, yellow and green beans, and a side of Mac and cheese. For dessert, I couldn’t resist trying out the new Fresh Strawberries & Cream Biscuit.The good stuff first - the flavors of the main dish and sides were killer, way better than what I was expecting! But, here's a twist: the roast beef was kind of dry. Like, no gravy in sight, which was a bit weird. Still, it tasted great, so no biggie there.Now, onto the not-so-great part: that . I was psyched for this, since strawberry short cake is one of my favs! I was expecting a dessert that looked as lush as the photos. But what I got was just a biscuit cut in half with dollops of cheesecake mousse and a single strawberry split between the two halves. Talk about a letdown!! Especially when you're expecting a bounty of strawberries like in the picture.So, while the main meal hit the spot with its awesome flavors, the dessert was a flop. I ended up ordering ice cream from somewhere else.

I wish I could give this 0 stars because they don’t even deserve one. I have had multiple bad experiences here. The help is rude, and unhelpful. They ignore you when you come in. I placed this last order over the phone, the person didn’t even put my name on the order even tho I gave it. Curbside isn’t even curbside… they make you walk in when you call upon arrival. Then they ignore you when you go inside. Today I left without my order, not paying $15 for cold food and the crappiest “service” I have ever had. Never coming again.
Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had. Back to the Denny's two miles up the road for me. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Every time I order curbside, they NEVER bring it out. I called multiple times to no avail and had to go in which defeats the purpose of choosing curbside. I told the hostess I was waiting over ten mins from the ready time and her excuse was, I just got here. She then grabbed my bag off the shelf and I asked her, is there no one here to bring the food out, and her response once again was I just got here! No accountability and beyond terrible service. I will never come back to this location

Eggs were overcooked. Sausages were mushy. Bacon was burnt. Hash brown was overcooked. Booth had crumbs on the seats. Worst IHop experience ever. What happened to this location?
