Food is amazing. I had the chicken, shrimp and steak with mac and rice. If only they could get the rest of the business together, this place could bank. The ordering system is trash. The customer service is non existent. The actual store front needs some Windex and disinfecting. The owner’s loud children running around and playing tag is not the experience I want. The conversation about the health department probably shouldn’t be discussed in front of customers. And twenty minutes is more like 35 minutes. Let me end on, the food is amazing. So take it or leave it. I only think the food is worth all that extra once a year.

Man I don’t know where to start . The unprofessionalism or the poor communication. I found out about this place due to social media . The food looked absolutely superior and I also seen familiar faces people who looked a little like me with my skin tone so I was happy to experience it because it’s not to many places where people of color are supporting each other . So I go on the website to see the time it opens and if it was open and it said it was . So I drive a good 25-30 mins to ink kitchen to order my food. Almost immediately when I walked up a guy comes out and tells me we’re closed til 3:30 . I couldn’t even ask him about the website because he instantly started talking over me trying to holler at some female from the store next door . Which is unprofessional man you have a customer trying to order and ask you some questions about the establishment and you decide that trying to get at the worker next door was more important than helping a customer . Horrible customer service ! I mean horrible . Before I could say anything he closed to door and locked it . (I think he got mad because the Mexican lady ignored him lol . ) but after that I proceeded to msg them on their instagram page. Instead of messaging me back he proceeded to ignore my request and instead posted on instagram saying (we open at 3:30) but it had already been to late. I think they are more worried about being seen and getting a woman then ,conducting a well ran business . It’s sad because I wanted to support them but if you’re 40+ working at a business and your main focus is to holler at females then to serve your customers obviously your priorities are messed up .Never even got a chance to order food because the customer service was so bad .
food was delicious and made fresh and the staff was very kind and treated my family very well. we ordered the salmon and chicken and the salmon and steak both with ink kitchen lv Mac&cheese food was fresh and flavorful. Defiantly worth the wait.Kid-friendliness: Very kind staff that treat all customers well and children with kindness and attention.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible.

This place is great, my friend and I went a 2 minutes before they closed and they were more than happy to take our order. The customer service was great, we felt very welcomed. The food is amazing we got the lobster Mac and regular Mac it was good very rich with flavor. I will definitely be coming back here. And to top of all off the music taste was great too!Vegetarian options: Everything is delicious and can be made with or without meatKid-friendliness: There were 3 kids there who were the sweetest and were more than welcomed by the staffParking: There a multiple parking spots Infront of the establishment it was easy to findWheelchair accessibility: It is very easily accessible by wheelchair

I had the Salmon and Chicken w/ Mac and extra sauce. I did not notice the extra sauce but THE PLATE WAS 10/10! I had to come give my review after I read the other reviews on this place and still took a chance on them. The salmon was extremely flavorful and soft. The Mac was delicious! And the rice was also a perfect touch. I will def be eating here again.

If I cld rate ZERO stars I would ! Terrible ! I placed an order and both locations were CLOSED and none of the phone numbers ACTUALLY work. They literally robbed me . Don't go here at all !

I had high hopes after seeing this place on social media, but I'm giving this 2 stars only because the noodles were decent. Definitely not worth the price or the wait. I went in when it was empty and still took close to 45 mins. The steak was over cooked and felt like I was chewing seasoned rubber. The shrimp was hard to bite through. The lobster took a lot of work to get the meat out of the shell. Sadly, I don't even think Keith Lee could save this place
