I should have done this a while back but this is the best Jack in the box in our whole neighborhood the manager there is amazing she's been there for a long time and she runs a great crew fast friendly and the young man that they put at the drive-thru with the dimple is just super sweet! They check all the marks and then some, clean friendly fast and delicious!!!!
The worst!! No service! we left after waiting for mo then 8 minutes .

We left, not just this Jack in the Box in Las Vegas, but another. No service, not poor service, none existed. We stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes after two associates said wait just a second and continued their conversations amongst themselves while one was working the drive-thru. Fast food is dead at Jack in the Box.

I work for doordash yesterday I was in there on a Saturday and I waited for a half an hour before I got my order I was there before four people came in about 15 minutes ahead of time and they still got served before me and left before me and I'm still waiting it was the worst service I have ever

Besides this location getting my order wrong, after I opened the packaging, waiting in the drive through line for 15 mins, I went back inside the lobby to notify them, and they just put the 2 sandwiches I opened back under the heat lamp to give to someone for the next order.DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!
I lost my receipt, so I don't know if there was a survey on it. Unfortunately I have to leave it here. Stopped in on the Wednesday before giving waiting for our hotel check-in time. The gentleman at the register was good and nice but that's the only good. Food was not worth it but the thing that grossed me out most about our visit was a tall she/her/ they/ them wherever, sorry if I got it wrong. she was preparing the orders.After we were halfway finished eating for some reason she had to step out the front doors twice and was not happy about it and wearing her food service plastic gloves. Everytime she entered she pull them up onto her hand tighter. Well Upon returning to behind the counter and preparing fry orders. She never once wash her hands or change her gloves. The gloves that went outside, touched multiple handles and then food. Who knows what other thing those gloves touched. After coming back inside those gloves should have been tossed, hands washed and new gloves put on. Cleanliness this store gets a negative score.
