I went to buy the mint Oreo shake large to get as they offer free small two tacos with large beverage. But they said the mint Oreo shake large is not a beverage . Why they sold in a cup with straw if this is not a beverage . They don’t honor the offer of buy a large beverage and get the two mini tacos this is a misleading advertisement

Ordered through the drive thru, and food was about a dollar over what was on the menu for the drive thru. After pulling to the window the employee who was working at the drive thru was wearing air pods. We were not given a receipt and then told to park and wait for our food, dispite the lack of people in the drive thru. Fries were cold by the time we got them.(Edit) I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was hard as a rock. Not frozen, but still cold. Will not be returning.Parking: Surprisingly hard to find parking considering the lack of customers.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a drive through which I already have low expectations for.I order in the drive through a told them I have a coupon. When I go up to the window I had to inform them to collect my coupon. I’m told not only is it my fault I didn’t remind them to collect the coupon, because I didn’t do it fast enough I could no longer use the coupon. She refused to void the transaction and redo it so I could use it. She was aggressively blaming me and I believe intentionally did not provide my receipt in my bag.I got the 2 grilled chicken wraps and I’m super confused because the chicken in the wrap was refrigerator cold making the wrap as if they took it straight out of a refrigerator. Super weird.I was there 3-14-24 at 4pm.If I ever came back I would never go to this specific location again.

I have been coming to this location for 10 years. Never have I been treated with such disrespect. This will be the last time I come to this location. They had me waiting out front for 15 min and then brought me my food cold and did not include the condiments for my chicken fingers. Whoever you hired you need to fire, the new team is extremely disrespectful!
