I was in the mood for a sub sandwich, and wanted something other than subway. This was my very first time here. Smh. This place is highly overrated. I don't like anything on the sandwich. There aren't many options to put on the sub but the taste was just not good. I really can't understand how though. Its deli meat. But when it's all together, it doesn't taste good. Honestly I prefer Subway. This place us in walking distance from my house so Im actually disappointed.

Ordered a sub online to go. Got home, there was no lettuce or tomatoes on my sandwhich. Had to check my order again to make sure they were selected which they were. Workers need more attention to detail, and need to do their jobs efficiently.

Jersey mikes always has amazing food,However at this location the customer service is terrible, I was not acknowledged, and when I was asked to order the African American girl with red braids wrote it down without letting me finish making my customizations and did not ask if there was anything else I’d like to order, the guy working who seemed to be Hispanic was very nice and finished taking my order and was very polite but the ladies in there were very unpleasant and seemed like they didn’t even want to be there, thankfully the guy made my sandwich but they should really hire people that want to be there and give customers a warm and welcoming experience, especially coming from someone who also works in customer service.

Good sandwich from here, but you got to watch them to make sure they are putting all that is supposed to be on your sandwich. They kept leaving off the bacon on a couple of ours! I appreciate that they allow you to have the vinegar and oil on the side for take out sandwiches, or it would be a soggy mess by the time you get home. This is one of the better sandwich places in the North West area of Las Vegas.

These employees are unreal u can feel a vibe the minute I walk in the door Chris, Alejandro , Dre and the Asst Mgr Cesar are the most incredible humans hands down ! The female employees too are the most awesome souls too ! These ppl get it and Jersey Mike u better be taking care of them because without these humans u are a lifeless sandwich shop ! Food is fresh evertoday , made with love , happiness and oh the store is super clean u can literally eat in the restroom if u wanted to. Thank you so much for being part of my routine on the weekly !
