If it wasn't for Austin I wouldn't even be a Jimmy John's fan!! Besides being professional and keeping a clean atmosphere they get me in and out in less than 5 minutes it is ridiculous how fast they are, they do a wonderful wonderful job! The delivery serviice is impeccable and they're always super friendly, this is hands down the best Jimmy Johns in Vegas!Vegetarian options: The whole wheat bread is baked fresh daily and it is the sole reason that I go to Jimmy John's it is so so good!!!

Ordered online for delivery, left driver 22% tip. Get call they don't have a driver, I can come get it. When I get there they hand me bag, I remind them I left a $7 tip for non- existing driver. They offer me a cookie for my trouble but can't refund me money. She canceled order and tells me driver goes home at 5pm. Maybe they should take sign down that promotes their freaky fast delivery

Don't go here during lunch unless you want to sit outside in the sun due to this location closes off 3/4 of there indoor seats so they can set up catering orders. During my visit the Asst. Manager was just sitting and outside smoking with open tables (that were closed). Making people with small kids eat outside in the sun. THIS IS TERRIBLE Customer service.

Hello I came in today trying to get a meal after work around 11-12 there was a couple of employees in there at the time so I don’t know who I spoke to but It was a guy think it was the manager, he was very rude not helpful at all I probably was waiting for like 7 minutes for someone to take my order and I was very confused because he seen me walk in nobody said anything that’s a very big problem once he walked up to take my order he seemed like he didn’t wanna be there which made me very uncomfortable and not ever wanna eat there again.
